First time at this clinic and was pleased with the service and the doctor I've met. Dr. Mohammad Nauman was very professional and caring towards my issue. Thank you!

Edit: Kept this as my preferred place and specially, doctor, to see and really happy with my choice!

Very welcoming. I did the PRP injection this time. Both Dr. Srini and the Nurse looked after me very well.

Not very cooperative. Asked for an immunisation prescription to be texted to me so I can pick up on my way to there and was refused bluntly saying they don't offer telehealth and basically it's not their problem!
I've been taking my kids to them for a while, but they changed over time. Won't be going to them ever again!

The team are always very friendly and professional and, most importantly, on time! No lengthy waiting times! Dr Ahmad provides all the information and advice I need and shows genuine concern for my wellbeing on all levels!

Friendly, efficient, and helpful office. Great to have a local place, with extensive opening hours and a clinic for blood tests in house. Dr Srinivasan Chinnaswamy is caring, listens and overall a great person!

Fantastic service, good doctors and quick turn around and pathology in clinic gives ease of comfort for tests.i personally see Dr srini but went with other doctors when he is out of town, all are good

Always give a five star to this clinic. Every time I contact them I can get an appointment the same day or the day after.

Receptionist was very welcoming, and pleasant. Doctor Ahmad was most courteous and knowledgeable.

It is so hard to find good customer service these days, however Tracy one of the receptionist at DFMP went above and beyond to help me today after a follow up with the lovely gp! So appreciative! Highly recommend this clinic.

Doctor was very friendly and helpful.
Pity that there is such a large Medicare gap fee now and to get penalised and made to pay more for having to attend an evening appointment when there are no day time appointments available is disappointing, put more doctors on during the day so that people have a choice and can promptly get help for their family when required.

. The services that I receive from Dr.shadan ahmad is excellent. Dr. Shadan ahmad are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care. Our family visting him since 2016. I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

Nice and friendly receptionist, nice doctor, even if there had been a mistake and he was not my usual GP, but I still got the advice I came for. I now believe my usual GP is not working there, yet. It's worth trying this practice if you need to get medical advice.

Always friendly staff. Great doctor's with vast knowledge and understandable of my situation. Would recommend over all clinics in Doreen. Keep up the amazing job.

Booked a appointment with Dr Jennifer
Dr Jennifer refused to see me because I didn't wear a face mask. I had told Jennifer that I cannot wear one and have a medical exemption and she still refused to see me
I even brought In a negative rat test

A nice practice sadly not bulk billing anymore which is hard, Dr Jennifer is fantastic, professional, efficient, personable very blessed to have her at the practice.

BEST experience out of any other local practice in Mernda/Doreen. Able to get appointment fairly quickly. The reception staff are so pleasant and helpful. The GP I saw was thorough and addressed my concerns with great care and good advice. Look forward to continuing my care with this practice!

Dfmp has been the 'go to' for all big and small health issues of our family members. The doctors including Dr Srini are very knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely professional. Care received here is always very careful, compassionate, comprehensive and complete. Thank you dfmp!

I will always come here from now on, the ladies at the front desk were lovely even though their systems were down at the time. The doctor i saw was also so nice. 10/10
