Very efficient and lovely receptionist. The Doctor I saw was quick to diagnose my illness and offered great advice. Will always go here in the future.

Not impressed with Dr Ly whatsoever. My daughter was is agony, clearly with tonsillitis and needing antibiotics, she gave no diagnosis and said it should clear up without treatment. No temperature taken or checking of swollen glands. I had to ask for the antibiotics.
She then refused to sign a Stat Dec for myself stating she can’t prove I was unwell on the day stated.
Won’t be returning.

Went to get my ears cleaned but wasn’t successful as equipment was prehistoric. Told to come back and pay $10 each ear! Hahaha isn’t this Bulk Billed? I won’t be returning.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Running a tad behind time but that’s to be expected sometime and isn’t an issue. Thanks for your great service. Peter

Friendly and helpful staff and Great Doctor in Dr Srini. Never had a anything but a good experience here. Receptionists, nursing staff are all great.

Can't fault this Clinic, after arriving from Cairns 12 months ago l tried a few Clinics and settled on DFM due to the fact everyone there is a professional at their job.

Just visited Doreen Family medical clinic for a paediatric pfizer shot. Very quick and well organised. Kristy, the nurse doing the shot was absolutely amazing with my daughter who suffers with anxiety. Took the time to speak with her about what was happening and talked her through the whole process. Very grateful for her kind and caring approach.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Srini for several years. On the odd occasion we have seen other Drs at the practice and they have been great too.

After searching for somewhere to have a covid vaccine booster I found this medical practice quite close to home and they had an appointment available.

The doctors at the clinic are really good and helpful and give proper treatment and I had never any issue at all.

But few reception staff are very rude.
Today i had a worst experience at doreen family clinic with the reception desk staff member and the nurse. Before 10 mnts of covid 19 vaccination she calls me and says we have cancel the appointment as we ran out of vaccination and prior to that they send me sms and email for confirmation which I did confirm that I will be coming. And when I spoke to the staff that this is not fair she was laughing on phone. That staff member thinks its joke.

Dr Srini is a very pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough doctor, it's great to be able to trust in a doctor's medical expertise. He takes the time to listen and is very caring and professional.

I see Dr Shadan, his such an amazing doc, very professional, caring, genuine and down to earth. Also good with my little people. We are blessed to have such a good medical practice in our area.
