Door looks good only criitism is time it takes I had to ring to see were door was as overdue to find it was there.and also the edge cut by installer was lightly sprayed with varnish but had a lot of sawdust stuck to it

Kiara was great when we came in to order our doors, however we were told 5-6 weeks and had to call them to follow up all the time. Was told after 6 weeks that the doors hadn’t even been made. Not good enough. Wasn’t until I threatened to come in for a refund did something actually happen and they called me with an installation date. Doors look good but carpenter didn’t clean up after himself. My front door is filthy.

Had the best service from Kiara and team - got the door I wanted, the colour I wanted and the handle I wanted. Great looking result and the chap that hung it did a fine job too - thanks everyone!

Terrible experience, took 6 months for product to be installed properly. Doors originally installed incorrectly, removed and taken back to store for alterations, no communication with their trades people who attend your home and have no idea what the issues are. Can't contact head office as Geelong store independent and they're unable to help. Difficulty getting response from emails outlining complaints and never return any calls. Staff are pleasant to talk to, but very disorganized and unprofessional. Will never use again.

Kiera and the team could not have been more helpful and understanding. Despite regular customers waiting she took the time to sort my inquiry through to completion. Then Mick and Boris installed as requested on the right day and time. They were courteous and professional throughout the install and ensured my wife was happy with my purchase.
