Says its open online only to drive an hour to find out there closed. Really need to update there website

I have had a door with the top half glass with a doggy dog installed and the amount of light that is coming in is great. The door is external and the old one was solid, now the passage doesn't need the lights on during the day. Great Door!

DO NOT USE.

Paid in full for a door install in September '22. Was promised November '22. Finally installed in May '23. Absolute radio silence unless we chased for updates.

I purchased a door for $1000 in December 2021 and only received the door in January 2023 after relentless follow up. The manager Charlie blatantly lied to me at every stage. Charlies reputation is widely known around Geelong and the wider community, which I've only found out afterwards. DO NOT BUY WITH DOORS PLUS GEELONG, YOU WILL HAVE TO SAME PROBLEM.

I ordered x3 screen doors from Doors Plus and they were delivered and installed within the 8 weeks as promised. Jason was a fantastic installer!

WORST EXPERIENCE!
Don’t waste your time, after waiting over 6 months to finally have our doors installed Doors Plus told us they didn’t have any of their usual fitters available, but that one of their weekend contractors that helps out could do it, only on a Saturday. He did a thorough job, but the seals were incorrectly ordered for double French doors and so the job was incomplete. He never came back, despite calls from both us and Doors Plus he never came to finish the job which I had paid upfront for. Doors plus took no responsibility for their contractor and refused to offer me any kind of service to help rectify the situation. They also wouldn’t offer me any of their other contractors because of course they wouldn’t get paid for it since the original one had already been paid and doors plus certainly weren’t going to cover it out of their own pocket. I offered every possible solution to Doors Plus I was open to for the job to finally be complete. I have verbal and written evidence that they agree the service was very poor but that they couldn’t do anything about it. These people have never heard of customer service. I ended up having to PAY FOR THR NEW SEALS despite them ordering the wrong ones, and then the most compensation they found offer me was a $40 refund for time to take to fit the new seals and finish the doors. As if I found get another contractor out for that. I tried asking if they’d throw in a new set of hinges for me given the incredibly poor service we’d received. He said the best they could do was a 10% discount. Are you kidding me. Despicable. Did I mention our door handles are not level with each other? I can see it from the other end of the house. Terrible service, will never waste our time or money again.

Terrible service, bought 2 doors, they are both coming apart at the corners, gap between the sill and door is too big on the bottom, bad quality strikers and left a massive hole in the timber frame with a screw from the striker clearly visible, wasn't even painted all the best, I complained and the owner was rude and deceiving. He gave me a brush to fit to the bottom of one door and even that was cut too long and doesn't fit. I paid almost $2000 and waited 7 weeks for 2 doors that look like they were put together by a toddler. I had to pay extra for a professional too fix the doors as I didn't want to deal with him anymore. I STRONGLY recommend no one use this shop.

Edit, one striker is already falling appart, need a new frame as old frame was damaged during installation.

This year I put an order for a new security door for my house. Even though I felt the service was very friendly and professional I discovered some time later not to go ahead with my order due to doors plus not being able to support my order due to technical issues with installing it so I cancelled. I was easily surprised to discover that even though I had initially paid a deposit for my door some months earlier I was able to come to a mutually acceptable arrangement with the staff members to get my money back - thanks doors plus for being honest

Wouldn't recommend Doors Plus Geelong. Visited the store in person and the staff weren't very helpful or welcoming. We wanted a smart lock installed and trying to get an answer out of Doors Plus as to whether the fitter could fit the lock we wanted to purchase was like pulling teeth. The door however was delivered and fitted on time but the fitter was gruff and rude. He asked me a question, and when I responded that I'd need to call my husband to check he said "well just so you know, if you don't give me an answer before I'm done, I'm not coming back to change it". He was nowhere near done, so it wasn't as though my quick phone call was holding him up. Just rude and unnecessary!

Excellent service provided by Daniel Cicala.
He helped me work out the best door/glass option for my Tiny House and went to the trouble of getting a quote for me for a door handle from a supplier they don't use only because I had sent him the picture of the exact one I wanted.
So thanks for going that extra mile Daniel.

Wait was worthwhile finally had a 2 in One Front Door installed by John who was very meticulous in all aspects of the job! Then I had Retractable Fly Screens installed by Michael of Freedom Screens Melbourne another job very well done! During all this process I dealt with Daniel and he was excellent in the way he kept me informed of order progress on the front door & dealing with another company for the fly screens to making sure the right shade of White would match excisting paintwork. Well done to all the team. Highly recommend

There are lots of places you can purchase a door, so make a wise choice and choose somewhere else. Poor communication start to finish and blamed me for not knowing that the salesperson/owner forgot to offer insulation against the weather. Now we have an admittedly very attractive door that allows the wind through due to a lack of proper insulation. Don't try complaining to the owner, he couldn't give two hoots about his customer. And don't think Doors Plus will help because the store is independently owned. An expensive lesson in why you should always read the reviews before making a purchase.

Had doorsplus quote and replace a damaged wooden front door. The tradesman who came to do the installation was fantastic and the job he did was very good. Only negative was having to wait over 8 weeks for the job to be completed after paying in full. Staff at Geelong were all very helpful when ordering and following up.

Horrible experience from start to finish $5000 wasted on a door that isn't sealing and letting in wind and rain. The owner of the business couldn't care less.

We had the great DISPLEASURE of dealing with Charlie first hand. Charlie is the owner of Doors Plus and is probably one of the rudest, incompetent and nastiest dealer I have come across in Geelong. Firstly, the door was delivered late, we tried to cancel the order, told us "no way" and "we will not get our money back". Then this inferior door made of some poor quality wood was installed by a person calling himself a carpenter totally unqualified to be so. After only a couple of weeks installed, the door started cracking in places. We called the so called Charlie to fix the door and have been receiving nothing more than verbal abuse from him since. Guys "STAY AWAY FROM THIS DODGY DEALER"!
Just another totally dissatisfied & disappointed ex-customer.

The worst experience. Door was installed which was severely damaged in multiple areas took another 2 months to have repaired and still damaged. No response from emails sent months ago about replacing entire door. Staff were extremely rude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend at all.

The installer that they use is very professional cleans up mess he makes (5 stars) but apart from that the whole process is a joke the sales guy was decent at the time but dealing with store has been a nightmare.wont be spending anymore money with this store
