Special order for two doors delivery time was before quoted time frame helped me load into vehicle

Waited till middle of January for the door what we fully paid in early October! The staff was OK but weren't very interested to speed things up!
The installation of the door was the best thing from whole experience.
Don't thing I'll be going back again!

After waiting much longer than the quoted time frame for the door, the installation was terrible. Really poor workmanship and damaged our floorboards while there too. We had to get someone to fix it and they turned out to be cheaper anyway.

The only complaint is the 6-8 week wait for the door when told that i could have the one off the showroom floor and fitted in 2 weeks

The worst SERVICE and INSTALLATION I have ever experienced. I always go local but would never recommend Geelong Doors Plus.

Terrible service, bought 2 doors, they are both coming apart at the corners, gap between the sill and door is too big on the bottom, bad quality strikers and left a massive hole in the timber frame with a screw from the striker clearly visible, wasn't even painted all the best, I complained and the owner was rude and deceiving. He gave me a brush to fit to the bottom of one door and even that was cut too long and doesn't fit. I paid almost $2000 and waited 7 weeks for 2 doors that look like they were put together by a toddler. I had to pay extra for a professional too fix the doors as I didn't want to deal with him anymore. I STRONGLY recommend no one use this shop.

Entirely unprofessional. Website advertises "book an appointment for onsite measure and quote" but then you don't get a reply.wife wasted a day not working waiting for the door sales to measure for a $3000+ order. After chasing on the phone 7 days later was told 'oh no, you should come in to the store anyway.to see the quality is good enough first? !? '

What the? No fuss! Aha @ yeah right. If a franchise then they are killing the name. Glad I didn't proceed with the Geelong store

We purchased a door and installation from this store and left a deposit. After a 8-9 week waiting period for the door to be ready we received a phone call to inform us that we would need to pay an additional $150.00 installation fee on top of the normal installation fee all we loose our deposit. Definitely not happy and never again going to this store.

Initial sales guy was good, after that staff were unprofessional and rude. Iwaited 9 weeks for a door that was on the shop floor. Installer was rude and left a mess. Telling me “he didn’t get paid to clean up” Never came back to finish the door hardware. Don’t bother trying to ring them for any after sales service. I should have paid attention to the reviews before going there.

Doors measured wrongly to start.when they arrived 2 months later, carpenter ruined them and frames internally.
6 months later, the frames and doors were fitted.
Not if it solved world hunger would I recommend this mob to anyone!

Door plus, no fuss. YEAH RIGHT! Hubby and I were passing through Geelong, I knew of the Doors Plus store nearby so we stopped by. Our front door was no good anymore, we really needed a new one. My husband explained in detail to the sales guy where we live (2 hours away) and suggested he look at a map. But he said he didn't need to look at a map because he knew where that was and delivery and installation can be done our way. Great, so we picked out a door and paid a deposit. After waiting 8 weeks we get a call from the owner telling us our door is ready but the carpenter refuses to come as it's too far. We wanted our deposit back, was told no. The carpenter eventually agreed to coming and installing our door but only if we paid extra. Our door is now here but has a dent and is a bit chipped. Very disappointed!

How does this place remain in business. They’re unapproachable resorting to anger when contacted. I know of 5 people with bad experiences with this place. Don’t do business with Doors Plus North Geelong.

Frustrating when you ring & their phone is constantly engagedwith no provision to leave a message

Arundel Branch, Cory Worst customer Service, Arrogant, Foul Mouthed Salesman refused exchange, measured my door by 6 inches out, trash talked, Zero Stars, had to buy another door, told me to sell other like on ebay Worst shopping Experience ever.

Worst customer service ever! Never have I been spoken to by an owner of a business like that before. Think long and hard before purchasing from this guy unless you want to be spoken to like a piece of garbage, if so head on in! One star rating is even too much

It was unfortunate that we waited too long for the doors to be delivered, to be damaged when fitted. The fitting guy could be a bit more professional in his work. He didn’t care he damaged our door. We were told it would be patched up but never was.
