Doors Plus

Deelipa at Doors Plus Springvale helped us to choose our new black bifold doors. We are absolutely thrilled with the result. The light and style have transformed the room. Bill did the installation and did a wonderful job. So professional, friendly and tidy to boot!

The process of buying the door was very quick and simple and the gentleman who served me, I think his name was David, was warm and friendly. Delivery was quick as I changed my order based on what was in stock and arrived 48 hours later and was partially installed. There was an issue with the handle and it had to be replaced, however the door worked so I was OK with waiting a day for it to be fully completed. The installer did muck up and installed the wrong hinges and almost the wrong hardware, I order matt black and he went to install chrome. So the hinges don't match but it's not that obvious. All in all I would happily recommend Doors Plus.

We are very happy with the service we have had from Doors Plus. We went to the show room we looked and picked the door we wanted it was organized booked in and installed all within a few days. No one could say that customer service. Very Happy

Got a quote at Doorsplus Springvale.on a Saturday, went home that evening and discussed it with my partner, came back the next day to book it with my written quote and was told it was underquoted and they wanted $1000 more for the same thing and I had better book quick or the price would go up again, they aren't kidding, it had just gone up 40% in less than 24 hours!

Walked away, this was my second and last attempt to book with doorsplus and feel like I dodged a bullet.

David and the team at Springvale were great to deal with. Would Highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new door

Have been waiting nearly 3 months for my door l am a returning client it will be the last time l will use doors plus never taken so long before, they say it will take 6 weeks from measuring not 12 weeks

Everything was great, from the initial engagement to selection, deposits, etc. I came in knowing what I wanted with all the measurements.
I understand they get a contractor to do the work, but this was quite upsetting to see the quality of the work afterwards. Walls dented slightly, marks all over and part of the frame needed to be cut, but is not straight. I suggest putting up some cloths or something before you get work done, or if you have time, babysit the job. Not a direct reflection of Doors Plus, but nonetheless still a reflection.

Extremely happy with our new door! Rohit aka Roy was extremely helpful when we visited the showroom to ask some questions. We were the door would be ordered and it would take from 8 - 10 weeks but it was far less than that, and we had our door fitted today! The carpenter was lovely and helpful and did an awesome job! Would definitely recommend Doors plus.

I bought 2 doors together with handles. After 14 months the actual metal handle broke. I enquired to be repaired or replaced but got no where. The manager told me sorry it's over 12 months so therefore it's too late. You would presume a metal handle should last more than a year. I was told bad luck and now you have to buy a new one plus installation costs. These people are selling inferior quality products and don't last. So please don't deal with this company.

Hats off to Deelipa, he kept to his word. I did call DoorsPlus on his day off and was given an extended ETA, should have trusted Deelipa in the first place. I will definitely recommend him and the delivery person too was accomodating. Thanks Deelipa and team, really appreciate it.

Easy to deal with. We had aluminium bi-fold doors with glass made and fitted to seperate an area inside our home. Good quality product and person fitting them obviously knew what he was doing. Really happy.

I had bi-fold partition doors installed in my lounge room by doors plus and I am very happy with it. They did a fantastic job and it looks amazing.

Ordered special size door from David at Doors Plus Springvale. He was very helpful with advice and I ordered the 2 doors. Price was competitive, doors arrived before promised date, picked up from shop. All too easy, thanks Doors Plus

I am sorry to say that the experience with Doors Plus has been less than satisfactory.
The door does not appear to have been hung correctly, there was a mess left behind, the old door was left in the toilet, etc. After contacting the office on several occasions, my displeasure was ignored. I tried to call head office and the message service said the office was unattended. I made an online complaint which I thought was going to head office and unticked the box that asked if I wanted to receive the "Living Guide". Guess what I received in about 15 minutes!?
My recommendation is DO NOT USE DOORS PLUS. Also know that their terms are 90% payment on order. Now I know why!

New door looks great and is hung perfectly ^^ will be back to order two more for the other side of the house

David at Doors Plus Springvale was wonderful from start to finish. He came out to measure the same day I ordered and although he told me the doors would take 5-6 weeks to be in stock, he called within a week of ordering to say they were in stock and would be fitted a few days later. We were also lucky to shop during a sale and receive a 30% discount. We would definitely shop there again.

Excellent experience at Doors Plus Springvale. Helped by David who provided comprehensive information and is super efficient in organising quotes and services. Price is also competitive. Will go back to the store if need a door in the future. Won’t hesitate to recommend it to a friend.
