Customer service from one particular person called David is terrible. Emails full of sarcasm, no getting and barely any information. Disgusting behaviour in written communication.

Great service, great prices, great quality and super helpful when I needed to swap over a door as I’d picked up the wrong size. Way better than going to bunnings. Will be back again!

Apart from weather delays for installation we are extremely happy with our new door and the service provided.

We have been customer of doors plus for many years and we have purchased there twice in the past the most recent experience was very poor we order a custom door as it was a non standard size, when it came to pay the invoice e they had the wrong door on the invoice after speaking the gentleman on the phone he said they only sell standard doors, the reason we went to them because the was non standard. After this interaction I will no longer do any further business with doors plus.

Matt from Doors Plus Springvale arrived at 8.30 am and worked all day installing our beautiful white bifold doors. His work was faultless and the result stunning. From sales to delivery and installation, was a seamless and professional operation from everyone involved.
The doors are so clean, bright and streamlined, they make the entire room look new, and the view to outside is now stunning.

Doors plus Springvale were fantastic and Dave who served me was a really genuine bloke who certainly new a lot about doors and gave me the best advice and service i could possibly get. I would highly recommend Doors plus Springvale to anyone that is looking to replace or purchase a new door. Lastly the installation service was exceptional and Glen the carpenter who arrived to replace my old door was very polite and super efficient and the craftmanship was excellent 10 out of 10. Great work Doors plus i will definitely be back.

Ordered a security door through doors plus clayton in early April, and as a previous review (Mit) mentioned his experience, i unfortunately went through the exact same experience. Security Door was ready for installation in Mid May which was verbally said to me in 4 different phone calls which i had to make. Doors plus never made a phone call to me and i constantly had to be the one following up. I then find out that (Mid June) no one at the store knew where the door was despite being told "ready for installation a fitter will call you". So if i didn't investigate i would be waiting and waiting and waiting.

In the end i decided to cancel my order (today) and they refused to refund my deposit despite the run around and horrible customer service.

My advice is to avoid doors plus at all cost

Very disappointed with this service. Please new customer read the conditions before order or you will paid then wait for 15 weeks.

We bought the aluminium sliding doors for our lounge room, at the springvale store for our renovated home. Cost us alot of money. At the start, the salesmans were very friendly, attentive and keen to offer their service to us. After atheTThicrWell, bottom line is once they have taken yoant your business. We placed our order, paid money through stages as required. The doors were installed, we didnt owed a cent. Our home is under renovation currently, and no one is living there. Anyways, some weeks later we noticed some of the plastic buttons around the frame had fallen off andwere missing, couldnt find them anywhere on the floor. We then went to the store and thinking, the store should have them. We aproached the the store manager, talked to him about the issue, showed him a few photos, hoping for an enthusiastic and keen response to offer help. Instead he said "Oh the doors were installed a few months ago, implying that well bad luck, its your problem now, since its been a " few" months. He said he will put this issue on the system and they will look into it. The second weekend passed, no contacts. The second time we came back to the store asking for help, a simple request, just give us 5 plastic buttons so we can attach them to the holes to cover the sew. Yhe salesman who sold us the doors, as soon as he seethe problem, he walked away, stopped talking to us, like he doesn't know my wife and i. They think we have nothing better to do with our time, its now almost 4 weeks with no answer. OMG, poeple and society nowadays, are unbelievable. Ths shows the lack of care, fail to provide duty of CARE, but most important of all, have a HEART, not everything is about MONEY.

Terrible service and sales experience. Ordered the wrong door panels, and wasted my 2 months waiting time. Promised to provide a delivery to make up but another 2 weeks are wasted. Won’t doing business with this cheap shop any more. Strongly unreliable staff.

Worst service. The staff member did not seem interested in listening to my basic questions or helping me understand the process to change my front door. Honestly felt unwelcome from the moment I entered the showroom.

Looking for a new laundry door, fortunately I went to doors plus. Salesperson Urvish offered a package, door, hardware painting, and installation. Too easy, got a call from the installer Brendon with an installation time that was as stated. Door was fitted perfectly received a deadlock as well.
As advertised no fuss.

This business systems and service are so out of date it was like stepping back into the 90s. That asise, it's hard to believe whoever designed the 2-in-1 guardian door has actually used it. They don't tell you that you need a door knob or door handle with a very short lever. Once we installed the door we realised the door lever overlaps with the screen door so we had to buy another handle. The magnets that hold the screen door open are so strong you literally have to brace your feet against the door and use your body weight to open it. We bought the door for our elderly mother who can't actually use it.
