Domino's Pizza Mount Waverley

The order we got was wrong called the store they didn’t even apologise, spoke to the guy named Sameer wasn’t helpful at all. He just didn’t care at all about our order told him that was my dinner and you guys made it completely wrong he said I can lodge a complaint that’s all.

Had very disappointing experience from store person, he was rude and seems very unprofessional about his job role. Probably needs to replace few person.

I tried to order a gluten free option on Uber eats and called through, the guy that I spoke to was very rude and actually ended up hanging up on me. I work in hospo and was honestly very disappointed in the general consideration for customers.

Went in to order $8 pepperoni pizza and a $10 value box ended up getting a small $5 pizza instead of an $8 pizza and they messed up the order and charged me more to fix the problem then when I added up that it was wrong they argued with me. Wouldn't recommend going there at all.

Ordered Deep pan pizza but they gave us a greasy oily pizza, nothing like the one we had at the Burwood east dominos pizza. When I called Mr. Samir wasn’t flexible enough to fix the problem and refuse to do anything about it.

The delivery was 10 late, there large pizza size is actually small & we paid $23 for a small. Tasted very average. Anywhere else i would had paid $9 for that size. Very disappointed, will never buy again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone.waist of money!

Staff are not honest, not professional, and leave customers feeling cheated. 3 of the 5 items i ordered were wrong, which is unacceptable. I won't be back and i will request a refund. This isn't a Domino's it's an absolute joke.

Made order online, which should be delivered at 12: 45. Didn't receive it even after 13: 45. No one answer the phone. The worst experience ever.

Orders from the Mount Waverly store are always delayed by at least 45 mins - GPS is inaccurate, items are missing and food is cold.

When you call the store, they have a standard response that the delivery person is already on their way (surprising because the store is a 10 minute drive away). Could not have a more dissapointing experience.

Items were forgotten the last time we ordered for delivery. We were promised a free pizza next time we ordered with the store to make up for the mistake, which resulted in a phone call over half an hour with the staff arguing with us over why we wouldn’t get a free pizza as promised the last time. They finally after reasoning with them offered the free pizza we were promised if we bought three other pizzas which cost us way more than we planned to spend in the end. We asked to add items to our ordered which we were told was impossible although we were able to do ordering online. The whole experience was very difficult and in the end the order was messed up yet again and overall the quality of the pizza was not even worth the trouble. Absolutely would avoid ordering from here at all cost staff are rude and the quality of the pizzas were terrible.

I ordered pizza through dominos app, which shows me my pizza is ready on time. When i come here in store. Staff didn’t know about order. They ask me wait here for 10 to 15 mins and they will make pizza for me. Very bad experience

I thought the delivery fee was only a $3 extra. It said on the ads and online. Turned out is was double the pickup price. Way too expensive

My total for delivery went from $35 to $52 - why - because it was Sunday!

Not good enough - happy to pay a bit extra - but not $17

I've ordered through uber eats and 20 mins later i didnt get my order. I called the shop and they told me they came and knocked no one answered. People lives in apartment when you knock the main door no one can hear you. Apperently they called a wrong number, misspelled my number. Please hire people who can read properly. And now blaming me they got charged for delivery. Plus even after 40 minuets it still says preparing my order.

I was so disappointed about the dominos shop at Mount Waverley. As I ordered a supreme pizza I received a pizza with a few bits of bacon, beef and few vegetable pieces. It was just covered with tasteless napoli sauce and cheese. This is a worst pizza that I ever had. Not value for the money. This dominos pizzas are good for people who have ever had pizzas before.

Amazing experience today. My order was only 17 minutes late (I believe the online site needs a time adjustment). When I reached back, I was very happy finding burnt garlic bread. Today I have relized that pizza tastes better when its not hot.

All in all I had an amazing experience.

I have ordered from here several times. You can sign up for coupon codes and that makes it a relatively cheap and easy meal. They definitely skimp on toppings, even when paying for extra. This I find disappointing since you can get the base value pizzas for roughly $5, pay $2 for extra pepperoni and get a dozen pepperoni total on a large pizza. This has been a consistent issue, otherwise happy. The employees have been polite and nice to talk to.

Poor customer service the staff there have no sense how to talk to a customer.
I went there and ordered pizza, prawns, churros and kicker bites. I got confused and asked did they cook the bbq sauce on pizza or not the guy responded so rudely and very unprofessional. And the lady there used the same gloves to take the trash out, make pizza and clean shelves (When i went there few days earlier) No care for hygiene.
I just wanna say, I paid for my food, i am not getting it for free!

I gave a better review a couple of months ago but recent experiences have lead me to change this. Slow and rude sums it up now

This is our local Dominos store, been coming for 5 years, staff are always friendly and smiling. Great pizzas and gluten free and vegan options available. Plenty of parking out front or behind and also at Woolworths down the road. Love how you get specials via the APP and can order via the APP too.
