Domino's Pizza Mount Waverley

I'm so surprised and absolutely disgusted. My delivery driver has clearly taken a slice from my pizza and tried to disguise it. You can see the pizza doesn't line up when it's together and then the piece that's missing when it's lined up as full circle as it should be. That slice next to the missing piece is tiny because he's cut it down. I saw him stop on the GPS for at least 5 minutes and I screenshot that too. Please never go here, I don't want other peoples food to have someone's filthy fingers all over it.

Ordered a 7.00 pizza traditional. Have been ordering the same pizza for years, thin base. Pizza arrived, base was thin like paper thin, hardly any toppings. Spoke with staff, said we make it with less toppings to make it crisp. Would not order again from that store. Cost cutting at its finest.

When talked to manager.he was not even appologetic. Instead he was VERY VERY ADAMENT. And said, you take your refund.and he was not interested in talking.

The portion of food is ridiculous. Not even half of what we’d get from other Domino’s stores in the area. The base has shrunken in size, the topping not even closely filled to the edge. I could even count the number of pepperoni on my pizza with my hands. No way am I paying 15 dollars for tomato cheese bread…

Depends on chefs, sometimes there will be more toppings and sometimes very less for what we pay.

Extremely pathetic service, delivered incomplete ordered. Contacted the Mount Waverley outlet and they responded that the order was on its way but it was never delivered. They’re unethical and we had a terrible experience.

Would give 0 stars if possible.ordered from them on the 4th of April and the delivery never came. They said they would offer me a refund but it is the 25th of April now and still nothing. I have followed up with them multiple times in which they said that it has been processed. Wouldn't recommend buying from here if you're doing a delivery. It's a shame because I love Domino's.

Bloody huge disappointment on the order and delivery.took more than two hours to deliver and the systems gave false tracking information. Called the customer service and the only response was will be there soon.

Poor attitude from the acting manager Ben. Claims to have 100% satisfaction guarantee but wouldn’t replace my pizza when it had the wrong ingredients. They wouldn’t check the system for my order due to my name being too common. Crazy and won’t return,

I ordered online for delivery, i waited for 20mins then the app stopped working i then called Dominos as my pizza hadnt arrived. The lady tells me they cancelled the order because they had no delivery driver. They didnt even bother to call to tell me. If i didnt call them i would just be waiting not knowing. They even took the money out of my account and then tell me it will take 2days to refund. This is terrible service and i ordered from this place previously. Very disappointed.

Ordered at 10am, so pizza be delivered at 4pm. No call from store and its 4.40pm. No sign of pizza. Rang store, staff was rude and unhelpful. Total disregard of my disappointment and hung up. Dont get pizza from this store. Worst to deal with. Disgraceful and unreliable Domino's store. No call back from store manager. Got email from complaint department but no follow up on outcome. Stay far away from this franchise store. Disgraceful.

We tried the newish Burger pizza, and apart from pickled gherkin (which isn't anything I've missed from pizzas before TBH) there's nothing about those pizzas that can't be had from other offerings. Hence, the price is out of proportion for the burger range. Generally, the website timer for pick-up timing is way too optimistic and shouldn't be trusted. Anything good about it? I actually like the thin and crispy base, it deserves its name.

Pathetic pizza. Order Margarita and Chicken supreme. No pizza sauce used and Margarita got couple of small chopped tomatoes as toppings. Looking at the last few reviews, I am surprised why the Owner is not taking any action. Not even responding to Users. Waste of time and money.

I've never had a problem with the shop until today. I placed an order online, then no updates online from the pizza tracker, no one picked up after calling 5 times. 20mins past the delivery time, the status was still 'being made'. Not even in the oven yet. This made me think they are not open or missed my order so I ordered uber eats.
Finally they picked up the phone after I placed a new food order, and I cancelled.

Unfortunately can't fault the staff because it's its not their fault they are understaffed. Owner or manager needs to step in and sort out their shop.
Won't be coming back unfortunately.

Disappointing. Late delivery, cold pizza, ingredients pathetic, got caramel instead of chocolate milkshake.

I ordered Chicken Pizza's recently. I had the taste of ketchup, some cream cheese and pineapple. Nothing else, I have asked the Police to look for the missing chicken as this is robbery

Terrible delivery experience.

The pizza was over an hour late and pretty much cold.
When the website showed the pizza was still being made but was past the delivery window, I called to find out what was happening.
The man who answered said it was coming out of the oven right now and would be delivered in 10 minutes - it took another half an hour.
If they wanted to retain customers, they would have included a garlic bread or scrolls as an apology.

I'll be supporting local pizza restaurants from now on.

Ordered via the app tonight, picked the pizzas up and when we got home noticed there was no pineapple on our Hawaiian pizza.
Called them and asked if they could deliver one with pineapple. I was put on hold for a while then the guy said “ok we can make a fresh one for you to pick up”. When I asked if they could deliver it he said “no not at the moment” and then hung up on me.
So I went to pick it up and they took the wrong one and gave me the right one. No sorry or compensation of any kind. Terrible customer service. Will not be returning.

I ordered Thursday at 10.10pm, and my order never arrived. I even went outside before the expected time, waiting in the cold for an hour.

I rang the next day, and they were very dismissive, just saying my order was cancelled and I'll recieve a refund. I asked why I was never told, I was informed I should have, but the driver was in an accident.

I rang later that day (Friday) to check if they had drivers on and able to deliver considering the "claim" the driver was in an accident Thursday. I was told sorry we can't take any delivery order, the driver too busy. I made a comment to the guy (caucasian sounding guy) "what if I had ordered on the app? Would my order have been cancelled, again? Without any notification? "

He hung up on me.

Again, I rang today but to complain, not to order, sounded like a male Indian voice, I asked for manager, he claimed he was. I tried to explain my missing order Thursday, he put me on hold, came back, told me complain by website. I told him I want to tell you anyway the rudeness I faced yesterday, but then I got hung up on again!

I have NOT sworn at them (if I have, it would have been mild, not bad!).

No refund yet.

The customer service at this Domino's store is beyond putrid.

The pizzas at this store aren't great anyway. Next to no topping, too greasy compared to other Domino's. And the driver always leaves on the ground even though covid is "over" now, not ringing the doorbell. We pay for extra toppings, don't get them added unless I remember to ring (after ordering in app). I've had to complain about this, had a few freebies coz of that!

I'm pretty sure they've added me to a "blacklist" now. Which would not have happened if they did things right.

Deliveries to me used to be serviced by Wheelers Hill, until the boundaries changed for some reason prior to 2020. We rarely had problems back then!

We've now found another pizza shop we tried, last night, after having been hung up on after wanting an order. Quality, much better - freshness, taste, and the customer service was AMAZING and that was at Smokin' Joe's.

We had been talking about not ordering from mt Waverley ever again, and now it's happened. Should have stopped ages ago but it was convenience (which hasn't always been terribly convenient with all the issues!).

So I'll get Wheelers Hill Domino's and Smokin' Joe's from now on.

Good riddance to the Mount Waverley store.

To the management of Mount Waverley - I really hope others wake up and try other pizza stores, because you guys will just lose business eventually over time and hopefully go out of business.
