Domino's Pizza Mount Waverley

We were disappointed on this branch when we ordered pizza to deliver at headingley rd mount waverley where it is less than 5 minutes drive from domino's pizza in mount waverley and we were told that they don't deliver on this address I am wondering what was their reason when in fact we were on the same suburbs so very disappointing

I have ordered a pizza through phone call and they said i cannot pay through card and asked cash

This is the worst dominos pizza outlet that I’ve come across so far. I had ordered 3 pizzas and the driver delivered them to the wrong address (that's what I’m assuming because I never received the order). After 1 hour of waiting for the pizzas, I called the store and was told that the store is no longer taking orders but the money that I had paid will be adjusted in the next order. A few days past that when I called the store manager to redeem the pizzas that were already paid for, the manager told me that he doesn't remember any such thing. After exchanging a few heated words the manager said he’ll give me a single pizza and that too if I come for pickup.

Estimated delivery time was at 11: 24pm.
Didn’t arrive until 11: 50.
Why give a time frame you can’t follow.
Made us wait for the food for too long.

Thought it was grand final day so ordered some classic Dominos, turns out it wasn't grand final day but at least now I have two monumental days in September to remember.

This is the worst customer service Domino Pizza. I have been order pizza for my kids 2-3 times. After wait more than hour, the driver send me he got lost, never mind. I gave hime my address, he told me to wait another 15 minutes then I call back to chase my kid pizza. They told me they can not deliver and my address is 5 minutes drive. If this how you run business then good luck.

Amazing staff, especially the workers Emily Kelly Ash and Ruby they are awesome and make incredible pizzas 11/10 would recommend!

Pathetic and disgusting customer service.store manager tries to rectify their stuff up in my delivery order by telling me to go pick it up.never buy from them again and wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!

Worst pizza delivery experience ever! Got my pizza delivered finally after 2 hrs 20 mins which is ridiculous and when I called to complain then staff started talking to me very rudely.

Ordered just one pizza for delivery via dominos website around 6: 30 PM. The expected delivery time was 7: 20 PM. Not delivered. Called them at 7: 30 PM to check the status and they said it will take another hour from then. Which means in total 2 hours for one pizza to be delivered to a place which is approx 2 kms from their store. And this on a Wednesday evening. I understand they might have been busy but should have told straightway that will take 2 hours. Status never got updated on their site around the delay of the order.

I had a fantastic experience coming to this Domino's store. A solid ten out of ten rubber chickens for me. I got just the classic Hawaiian pizza and ate all 8 slices by myself in the store. The workers were so kind and helpful to me. Especially the worker Ruby, she was fantastic to me and provided me with the best service ever. I would totally recommend coming here for a solid feed and a half.

The delivery comes always late and the food is mostly cold. Dont know what the deivers doing during the delivery. Why are you charging people money to give this kind of service? ! Not recommend to order delivery from here worst experience

I ordered Domino's for dinner as my extended family was visiting and when order with Oakleigh store ended in disgrace (No Show), my wife ordered from Mount Waverley store and sent my brother in law for pick up, the staff at Mount Waverley store didn't hand over the full order which my wife confirmed when my brother in law reached home, when my wife called the Mount Waverley store and spoke to Tariq (hope the store staff was truthful while giving this name because I had to argue to get the name of the person I spoke), he refused to deliver the left over order when it was store's staff fault, when my wife handed over phone to me after having no luck with this guy, this guy Tariq stopped acknowledging anything I said and kept repeating one word "Pardon" and laughed at me when I asked if he can say anything other than "Pardon", I had to request to talk to someone else and the new guy didn't want to give me Tariq's name but gave me this name when I mentioned about Domino's HQ and also delivered left over order (receipt attached), such staff should be ashamed of themselves and franchise owner should be proud of having such hopeless staff.

Staff are always polite, even when customers aren't polite to them (Looking at you impatient people who order on super busy days) - the food has always been decent and it comes out quick and hot and on the off chance I get it delivered it arrives on time.

Order a chicken and Camembert pizza, instead of Camembert they put some other cheese in it without telling and think that people don’t know. Usually order from a different dominos and it’s a absolutely delicious pizza. So disappointed this time.

Such a disappointment. This particular branch is the worst.bad quality sauce and they use tons of it.worst pizza I had in ages

The Glen Waverley store has just been renovated. Very nice and clean. Average pizza for a franchise. Good value good customer service. The meat lovers is the best. Ask for no barbecue sauce on top. Add chilli flakes and Extra cheese. 7/10

Worst pizza ever. If a customer pays you an extra dollar for just peri peri sauce on top, you should put in sufficient amount. Am a regular customer at domino’s other stores but first time this happened to me.
