Diwan Grill And Kebab House reviews
51I have found my new regular kebab joint. I came in with my wife and she was very hungry. She usually has three kebabs so we usually either have to payy way over for some quality or get somewhere cheap and not enjoy it. This place was that great my honeybun ajla only needed 2 kebabs and absolutely loved it. All whilst not putting me out of pocket. See you again on saturday!
Went there for the first time and got a small plate of meat and stale bread that was heated. A rip off and no good customer service.
Rip off for poor quality food and shockingly bad customer service. If you currently feel like you eat to many kebabs grab one from here and it will put you off them for life.
Really disappointed and extremely poor service. The bread was stale and requested new bread and the owner served us with cold bread and bad attitude. We brought in a food item from another restaurant for our son and they said no food allowed from other places. Recalcitrant Goat, you could have at least put a notice on the window stating that no outside food allowed. Poor customer service means bad business for you and I can't wait for the day when you go broke.
Tasty food within reasonable price, also combo deals are available. Spacious place so it can fit big groups, parking is just outside the shop and inside there is toilet. In total, a good restaurant to come. However, customer service need to improve and need more staff to avoid delay.
Extreamly rude old lady owner.would never go back.all the comments are negative other than what they wrote for themself.such a shame
Bought 2 kebabs, one in bread other in wrap. The wrap tasted uncooked and was as hard as a rock. Not sure if it was stale or just dry. Crumbled when trying to eat and had to remove meat. Meat was fine but must unenjoyable eating this way. Probably will go elsewhere in future.
This is probably the most expensive Kebab I've had in Melbourne and it tasted bland. Total rip off!
I don't know the guy or experienced any hostility from him, but his prices are definitely criminal. Those prices just offended me a lot!
Really disappointed and not going back again. The owner refused to serve for dine in with kids and asked us to just take away.
Definitely not kids friendly and definitely lost us and our friends as customers for life
Can’t believe this place is so family/ kids unfriendly. We had a couple of family friend with kids, no major ruccus. The owner advised that they cannot serve because of kids. Really disappointed and not going back again.
Worth money. I’ve been there ordering mix kebab. It was like bread and lettuce.
Never go back there.
