Guy told Me to wait a bit
After 42 minutes of waiting asked if the kebab is in Turkish bread which I asked for and wasn't in coz he was confident and checked but the excuse saying "" sorry "
Anyways I paid 31$already and the guy asked me for $29 and upon asking he said get 2 can of soft drink which I wasn't after.
Came home after and opened and here we go again
No sauce.

Ordered falafel kebab, absolutely beautiful! Cooked to perfection, not dry at all, perfect amount of sauce.
And the chips, the salt and spices they put in, couldn’t get any better. Definitely recommend eating here for a quick meal, thats some good stuff.

This is the second take out place visited since we moved to the area. First things to note: They have a $24 minimum for card payments. This may seem initially difficult for two people to manage for one meal, as their portion sizes are fantastically large!

That said, if put into the fridge overnight, the kebabs reheat really well. Even without garlic sauce, the flavours of Turkish bread, meat and fresh vegetable ingredients are wonderful.

HSPs are an amazing choice from their menu, and a small/regular size works as a good sized meal for two people.

The only confusing thing is the pricing on their menu, which says one thing on their online menu, and then two different prices for the same things in the actual store. I understand that signage costs are expensive, however, and either way the pricing for this quality of food is not bad.

Came here for smoko, says open at 11. Got there at 11: 10 and got told they're not open.smoko ruined.

This place stands out due to helping size and good taste. Keep the pricing low so we keep coming back.

I love a good kebab. But I would not recommend this place. Over a few months trying to support a local business, I walked in 3 times (only customer) with 3 staff on the floor, waited patiently and was NEVER served (and only acknowledged once). Was it discrimination, are they just looking after their mates or are they inept? Try somewhere else.

The food is so average. I can put up with that.what I can't put up with is the rudness and dis respect from the staff.who ever is replying to these reviews. You are a prime example of what is wrong with this business you are trying to be smart with all these upset customers saying "maybe it's the wrong restaurant" etc.don't Insult people intelligence.they know where they are eating instead of being defensive how about fixing the problem. I use to love this Restraunt and I would come back if I thought it had changed but doesn't look like that anytime soon. Stop adding nails to your businesses coffin and LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.

The portion size of the kebab wrap is massive, big enough for 2 adults.
Delicious and filled with meat. Absolutely Yum!

Ordered HSP and that was one of the worst I ever had, so much of salt and cheese wasn't even melted properly. Customer service wasn't great either. Only accept cash for orders below $25.
Don't recommend this place.

New owners since I've been there quality, quantity and service have all severely declined would not recommend

obviously not reply to your comment so I edited my review but if you read it carefully. I am saying that this use to be an amazing restraunts every since there is new owners the Quality, quantity and service has dropped so much that it is not worth going in anymore and staff are very rude. This is not just my opinion you use to have 5 stars or close to it now 3.5 on top of that your lack of customers should be evident.no it's not because of COVID every person I know that were locals and regulars have stopped going here.

Please don't see this as an attack but take it as advise on how to improve your restaurant would love to come back as a happy customer.

My shish meal was beautiful. Husbands kebab not so nice unfortunate.why do people feel the need to heat the kebab with salad in it, NO. Cooked salad

Had their mixed kebab. It was a good one. The bread was fresh and different. The meat was not over cooked. It tasted good. Good value for money as well.

Ordered 2 HSP's through menulog, and unfortunately one of them was wrong when it was delivered.
BUT when I called to tell them that the order was wrong, the owner apologised, made me a new order and delivered it himself (as the first order was delivered through menulog).
Thank for rectifying your order, the food was delicious.

Ordered a meal and there was something missing, so I kindly came back to receive what I was missing. And the rudeness of the employee that served me was uncalled for, when I came at them with respect.

Went in around 11.30am. Ordered kebab wraps and found out that I am their first customer so wasn't very optimistic about the quality. But the wraps were amazing, fresh and satisfying.

I used to enjoy the food here but the quality has been getting worse and worse in recent times and the prices have been getting higher and higher. Rude staff and a cheap looking restaurant. Far better food to be found in other similar restaurants in the area.

Extremely rude and disrespectful behaviour from a woman in her mid 40s who could not handle the busy environment and yelled at me today and made me wait in excess of 20 mins for my food

Customer service was poor and slow quality of the Doner kebab & chicken was very poor and tasted like it had been sitting in the bay Mari for 5-6 hrs it wasn’t cut strait from the Rotisserie in to your kebab! Overall the bread and salads were fresh I’m all for supporting local business but they have lost me as a customer and not mention a min eftpos charge of $18 what’s the world coming too

Food is average, very bad customer service. The owner is grumpy and doesn’t like people sitting around too long once their meals are finished. Wouldn’t ever go back unless was starving!

I’ve been going there since they’ve opened they use high quality meat and bread. Food is not very oily like other places.
