Absolutely disgusting would never come back again, meat was dry and horrible, the sauce was old and the chips in the hsp were as old as the king.even called up the shop and talked to a lady who was then very rude and yelled at me when I just wanted a civil conversation and then hung up on me, if that’s how you wanna treat your customers then good luck in the future. -0

Good food, Turkish breads are very nice, we had vegetarian & chicken kebab, it was made well. Big portion, good staff, clean restaurant. Would come back again.

Looks good from far but far from good! Dirty tables, takes too long for food to come out and touching food with bare hands.

I don't usually leave reviews but this one was really bad. I asked for a hsp.never got it.asked for a larger container of Mix meat.never got it.can I be bothered to go back to argue? No.the people weren't very friendly or can speak English very well, safe to say I won't be going back

Worst taste, I think management is changed now. I ordered Turkish bread and sheesh meal but I did get Turkish bread or have not been informed when I was there to pick up my Menulog order that they don’t have Turkish bread
I surprised when I opened my order at home
No one eaten and we throw all the food
My family is very upset with me that I ordered worst food for dinner
I recommend to go to Mernda kebabs. I made a big mistake to get my order from Diwan grill kebab

Terrible, will never return. Overcharged, wrong order, missing items and what bread is that? 90c a pack from Woolies… disgusting! Awful meat … will never go again

The service was unwelcoming
I needed to approach counter
No one asked if they could help me
I then placed my order to be the sold a package of Lebanese bread as they had no bread made
The meat tray of kebab lamb was col and tasteless
The 3 dips were of an unusual colour and tasted very acidic
Salad in window was lifeless and far from Fresh
Rice I could have thrown at a wall and would have most likely stuck it was like glue
I would not recommend any one to buy food from here
I wasted $75
I should have drove the extra 2.5 kilometres

Kebab was fine, service was lacking. Communication was not clear. Guy had an AirPod in trying to serve me and misheard order.

I waited more than 40 mins for just a small order of two kebabs. This place really needs to improve the efficiency of delivery fast service. Didn't even get a apology for the long wait. Not coming back here

Bought a tray of chicken the last 2 visits have been terrible, i had more chicken skin and fat than chicken. Will not be returning.

I have eaten in and taken out, best kebab place in the area, the food has always been great, only negative is the waiting time, it takes them a little long to make the food, but id say that can be fixed by ordering earlier on the phone.
I would recommend giving it a try.

We got 4 of the shish meals. They were beautiful. So yum!

Best HSP & Kebab in Melbourne! Both the wife and i enjoyed every bite. They were very generous with the portion, full of flavour and fresh! The staff were very kind and smiling. Highly recommend this place. 10/10

I bought chicken and they delivered lamb. When I asked to fix they told me to drive there. Really? !

Yes it use to be awsome but not anymore new owners ordered food 9 customers got served after us and got there food before us for 3 standard Kababs! Never again going back lost a customer there!

Great service, Although the food took a while to make as they were busy, it still came hot and tasty.

I bought falafel from here and they were amazing.

What happened guys? Did we change management or do we have new staff?
The kebabs arrived cold, the bread was dry and crumbling, the salads were stale, the rice undercooked. The sheesh meal and the mix grill were a disspointment this time. I hope the owner takes notice of this please. You guys are the best kebab place in the area. Please keep up.

30 minute wait for a kebab and chips on lunch break, the only customer and order the entire duration.

Ordered a 'Large' HSP through Uber Eats and the container that arrived was the size of a small container from any other Kebab shop. Food was ok quality but certainly very overpriced. Paying nearly $27 for a 'small' HSP - I will not order from here again.

Ordered a Shish Meal today.

1 Star is for bad service as took several minutes to get noticed I was in the store and it was empty. The elderly male behind counter seemed busy with a kebab he was making which I was happy to wait but wasn’t acknowledged at all. He seemed very unorganised and rude.

Finally ordered my shish meal after being acknowledged then shortly after paying noticed that owners had changed since last time visiting the shop. I have always enjoyed the food here so felt a bit worried after placing order that the food wasn’t going to be upto the usual standards of the shop after such poor service.

1 Star is for poor food quality with my shish meal that I didn’t even eat half of as meat tasted oily and had a strange bad odour to it that I have never experienced before at a Kebab Restaurant. Rice also wasn’t pleasant to eat and salad was not fresh. Dips also lacked freshness and flavour.

Sorry guys but really disappointed with food and more importantly attitude and service of employees. They didn’t even realised I hadn’t payed when grabbing my food once ready. Aswell as what appeared to be owner or manager that seemed too busy talking on he’s Bluetooth headphone while prepping my meal and not doing he’s job properly. Extremely disappointed and will not be coming back. This place used to be one of my favourite places to eat when I would work around the Wollert/Epping area in construction once a week.

Sorry guys but 1 Star from me.
