Great local business with lovely helpful staff and a really good range of products. And they give treats to my dog

Well ventilated, with wide aisles. Found what l wanted. Good qualitygoods, helpful service. Close parking. Staff are friendly. Have often had goods l couldn't purchase elsewhere

The service I received was poor. The manager would never apologize. His team member did a mistake. When asked how they didn't know these basic rules, costing my time. He just kept saying "that's ok" adamantly, instead of apologizing.

Attended in Jan 2023 needing advice on a line trimmer. Got excellent advice and demonstration to teach me how to do what I needed to do.
Very friendly and helpful.

Walked into the paint section and asked for tips and pointers on patching a hole in a wall and colour matching, my curiosity was brushed off with “ah it’s easy just slap some paint on it” I continued to ask for what I needed to get this done correctly, but it was clear they just wanted me to leave.

Brought a sample piece of the wall in and the guys at the paint section tried to match it. After trying they said “you have better eyes than me, what do you think”
I replied that it looked nothing like my sample, they said “we’ll use the machine to detect it”

After patching the wall, and repainting a small section. It’s clear the colour looks nothing like the sample brought them.

Lazy staff who are careless. Never wasting my time going to Mitre 10 again, going to Bunnings from now on.

We were served by Jack who went above and beyond in helping us make decisions about the processes and products for problems with our deck. Really helpful.

So much better than hammer barn for service, knowledge, motivation to help and provide information etc. Worth the drive.

Easily the best hardware shop anywhere in the area, good range of products, competitive prices and the staff are always super friendly and really go above and beyond to provide assistance.

Always fantastic personal service from the gang here, weekday or weekend, whether small or big purchases. Extra shout out to the Timber Yard guys, who always help out my missus when she's sent there on shopping trips by me.

I’ve only been into this shop a couple of times but each time I’ve experienced exceptional service by the staff members.

Great shop for all your hardware needs. Served by the little Tolkien character named Ben, made my trip very easy.

What a great experience, started with a phone call with excellent customer service, then a visit with same service and great advice. The shop is big and clearly set out. Very bright and clean with all available products clearly displayed and organized. Will definitely be back again.
