Derrimut Medicals

Very bad doctors, does not know what medications they give their patients. I have been their last week, even though, I told the doctor I am allergic to steroid tablets, he gave me the tablets without my knowledge, now I am struggling with my vision blurry.so annoyed with the service.

You have you make an appointment to see a doctor and then wait on average at least an hour to see said doc even with appoint. Avoid if possible.

When you have an appt for a prescription that will take 30 seconds and wait for an hour.the Dr wasn't even with a patient.looks like i was forgotten! Don't waste your damn time

Receptionist Zainab is doing great job. Very friendly and cooperative. Also Dr Asanka is a great doctor. He drained out my skin boil even he was very busy on Sunday and only doctor was working that day. Recommend for everyone. Well done

Walked in without an appointment today, filled out all the paperwork, was told to sit and wait. One hour later when i enquired was told i was never placed in the queue. Very unprofessional. Would give zero stars

One of the best medical centres I have gone to so far. Front staff are very helpful and friendly. The doctors here are very professional and helpful, especially Dr. Asanka. He’s so down to earth and I have never been dissatisfied at Derrimut Medicals.

Booked an appointment, waited almost 2 hours after the booked time to be seen. 2 girls at reception, one very polite and helpful; the other is a rude cow that crawled out of some cave and found her self at a desk. Avoid this place if you can.

One of the best and caring clinic staff doctors all of them. Dr Asanka is the best doctor i have seen in Melbourne so far i got a medical problem got checked up at many GPs no body diagnose perfect except DR ASANKA. He knows his stuff legend. Thanks

Open after working hours so very convenient to go after work. However, the main reasons why I come back is to see Dr Ali regardless of the wait. He is very knowledgeable, patience, excellent customer service, I've seen so many doctors in the past but Dr Ali is the best one:) Highly recommended.

Dr Krishnasamy (or 'Dr. K') is very respectfully, will listen without making any predisposed oppinons/assertions and will give her honest opinion. Highly recommend

I like the fact that they are open after hours to accommodate working parents. Mostly UK trained doctors, professionally handled and generally wait is not very bad (except on the rare occasion). Could have a few more lady doctors though.
