Very good service. Dr Ragulan is very polite and friendly. Highly recommend for sick child. Very interactive, spend more time with patients. Comprehensive care.

Rude. I was the only one waiting in the clinic, and all I could see was the staff and doctors gossiping and browsing the internet. Ask a question, one-word answers and not even a glance. Sorry, but these doctors are way too arrogant. Not ever coming back here again. (this review is no reflection on the nurse that saw me, she was not rude. She was only listening to a novel on her computer)

Been to this hospital few times and had a good experience overall. However my recent and first time visit for a consultation with Dr Rajitha Fernando, made me give this poor review. We found him very insensitive and rude in his response to our questions. I am never going to book an appointment with him again.

I have never been to this clinic. I called them this morning for the first time to see if they are vaccinating people in the 40 - 49 age group, because the vaccination hotline is broken! My call was answered by this lovely lady, Katrina. She and I spoke for a while discussing the restrictions and the challenges they're experiencing and the fact that she can't really help me. She took down my number and called me back after sometime to tell me that Derrimut Medicals don't have the Pfizer vaccine yet and are still only vaccinating people over 50. Katrina spoke to a colleague while I was on the phone to her and gave me the number for another clinic and asked that I ring them to book an appointment.
I don't know if I'll ever need to visit Derrimut Medicals but the fact that Katrina called me back despite knowing that she wasn't in a position to help me is something that I'm not going to forget. Thank you, Katrina and the staff at Derrimut Medicals!

I only give 2 stars due to the reasons below.

Unfortunately they were booked out and had to settle with a Dr. Rajitha Fernando.
This Doctor isn’t very good and makes Derrimut Medicals look bad. He's obnoxious and arrogant, hes not a friendly doctor and was staring at his computer whilst talking.

I don’t belive he is qualified as a Doctor and he needs to work on his customer service skills. Otherwise hire someone else who is better at working with people and children.

Doctors are migrants and don't know much. You make an appointment and you wait nearly 1 hour after your appointment sometimes more. Defeats the purpose of making appointments.

This is my first and last visit One of the worst medicals. Shame on this owners. The reception have no idea why she is charging $90.she don't have any knowledge.

They charge me $90 because it's Saturday and from 90$ she said 55$ goes to clinic and you won't claim them. I always received my claim in full with other clinics. But now I claim only $38 because of this cheating owners. I never charged more then $75 in any clinics and always claim back in full.

Shame shame. Making money by cheating private insurance and feeding there family and kids. What a shame of this dermuit medicals.

There is this lady name Katrina who works at the reception doing a fantastic job as the voice of Derrimut Medicals, serving her clients above and beyond the expectations. I was at this place on a Monday morning. The place was extremely busy with visiting patients and the phone was ringing nonstop. Anyone could buckle under this kind of circumstances, yet Katrina managed to keep her cool and serve all of them very professionally. Best reception I have seen for a very long time. Keep up your good work Katrina.

Extremely no sense of humor, uneducated who literally spat on your face when being direct to their unprofessional service.especially their head receptionist. Very yucky attitude.

Due to my family Doctor having been closed due to COVID-19, this medical clinic was my second choice to gain a prescription for crucial pain medication for a chronic condition. I was assigned to Dr. Velupilklai, who delayed prescribing me with my pain medication, which I normally get from my now closed family doctor. He treated me as if I was some drug addict coming from some alley way, and rudely discussed this with the receptionist in front of other waiting patients who were in earshot of my personal information being discussed.

We moved to the area from Geelong in June 2019. Our family has a number of complex and chronic health needs asserbated by my work cover injury. Dr Kay has been a major blessing. I love that woman. Dr Fernando for accepting my workcover claim and KJ as my physio have both been great.

But I have to say the girls at the front desk are the kindest, most efficient, professional, respectful, understanding and totally the most brilliant team of knowledgeable women I have ever come across.

Because of my injury I am at the centre 3 times a week and nothing is too hard or a bother to them. I have seen them speak with folk across dozens of nationalities in dozens of different situations and they have always spoken to them professionally with respect and kindness, even when they are not treated in the same way.

To Rosan, Rana, Joanne, Lisa, Susan, Af and Katrina I just want you to know that you woman are amazing and you have made my physical struggle a whole heap easier to deal with. You have comforted me when I was at my lowest.helped me laugh when I could and I have even found my "other sister in sarcasm! " I thank you all from my heart. Be mega blessed guys!

I have been to Derrimut Medical for the past 7years. Iam happy that I found the excellent doctor's Dr. Naveen and Dr. Kalamani for my family. Their skills are great. Each and every time when we visit them for any issues they received us patiently and explain us the cause and the cure for the issues. They are the best of their kind. As for the medical is concerned they prioritize the patients based on the emergency in a professional manner.

I HAVE BEEN TOO THE PRACTICE A FEW TIMES. THOUGH THE RECEPTION STAFF ARE RUDE THE DOCTORS ARE OF HIGH QUALITY. DR NAVEEN IS THE DR I PREFER THOGUH DR ASANKA AND DR K ARE ALSO GOOD. THEY TREAT YOU WITH DIGNITY. DR NAVEEN INJECTED MY SHOULDER WHICH WOULD HAVE COSTED ME 150 DOLARS OUTSIDE. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB TO GET RID OF MY FROZEN SHOULDER WHICH ALLOWS ME TO WORK AND PLAY NORMALLY. HE IS AN WONDERFUL DOCTOR. THE RECEPTION PLEASE CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE.

Been going to this medical centre for 4 years. I've never had a problem staff are very understanding. Helpful when you ask for test results or anything else, also highly recommend Dr Naveen. When I've needed to see a doctor. I haven't needed to wait long. I travel 30 minutes to see a wonderful doctor that's all ways there when I need him.

Very rude, unhelpful reception staff - Rasan. Didn't want to assist with anything. Just seemed to pass on her job to the patient. I needed urgent blood results for the doctor to review but she was unwilling to assist in obtaining/requesting the results from the pathology. Unwilling to call back to advise or check if results had come in. Very unprofessional and unwilling to do her job.

My family and my self have been regular visits to this clinic and found that the doctors are proffessionaly trained and provides good care for the patients.
I hv no issues with the doctors and hv little experiance with the reception staff
My interactions are mainly with Doctor Naveen.and for my wife we will vist always Doctor kalamani and find them very knowledgeble and helpfull in many ways.
There are many comments for the reception staff but we hv not had an any issues with them always they will help.

The only reason it's getting one star is because Dr. Kalamani is an absolute gun at what she does. Reception staff is terrible, worst i've ever had to deal with.

Unprofessional reception staff. Just got off with a rude costomer service member at this medical practice. She has not attitude toward elderly people and can't handle/tolerate communication problem.

Medical centre with the torn filthy couches for over a year. Messy floors and not clean!
Doctors are okay but, Appointment Never runs on time
