Very dissapointing to see during a cost of living crisis, they have raised there fee to almost double in the last 4 months, I thought doctors where there to care for the patients but I guess the medical centres profits are more important.and dnt even start with the receptionists they could use a lesson in front of house service and general respect

I've been to the respiratory clinic twice. Both times were great. I was seen on time, the nurses and doctors were very friendly and the doctors took the time to explain things.

Fantastic service! Highly recommend them. Drs are always very pleasant and willing to help with any requests and requirements.

I felt really sad regarding the receptionist behaviour when I asked a paper to scan and send me to my email the young lady over reception she is extremely rude i felt bad over a small thing why can’t she do that

Today I waited for an hour for blood test and came back without giving one. Still there was a waiting time of God knows how long.

I actually really like Derrimut Medicals because of Dr Chiranthi Sriwardena, she is such an amazing doctor! She is so kind & takes really good care of you!

I will say though that Dr Rajitha Fernando is an interesting doctor, I went to see him once when I first went to Derrimut Medicals and I sort of felt rushed and it was like he couldn't be bothered.

So it depends on which doctor you choose to see which is unfortunate, but I haven't seen any of the other doctors at Derrimut Medicals so they might be nice & caring but I really don't know, Dr Chiranthi Sriwardena is amazing though! I will keep going to see her

Irony, stupidity and hypocrisy in full display. Booked an appointment. I was Told can't see a doctor without a mask. Meanwhile doctor is walking around inside without a mask. This scam and ill treatment can only be possible with so called "free medicare" while i pay 40k tax every year

No value for time, worst service. I never recommend to my family members and friends totally not worth

Why I have to wait minimum 30min. Every time on top of my appointment time.that's bad.seriously

Bad doctors with bad attitude for customers. Seriously need a course for customer service especially the male doctor, treat my partner like s**t. PLEASE NEVER WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

How do I book an appointment. I called them 4 times waiting in queue for 45 minutes and when my time comes the phone get automatically disconnected.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible experience in this place. Very rude and unprofessional doctors

One of the worst medical centres I have been to in the past 5 years.

I booked an appointment with
Dr Asanka Samarakoon but the receptionist put me through to
Dr. Rajitha Fernando.

This Doctor is a terrible and makes Derrimut Medicals look bad.

When i asked the doctor I think I had the appointment booked with
Dr Asanka he was rude and started saying well if you don’t want to see me you can go back out and talk to the receptionist.

This is very rude and he need to respect the patient and who they have booked to see as a doctor. I do not attend medical appointments to deal with Dr. Rajitha Fernando BS!

Dr. Rajitha Fernando Is obnoxious and arrogant, hes not a friendly doctor!

Dr. Rajitha Fernando was staring at his computer whilst talking and didn’t respect me as a patient.

Dr. Rajitha Fernando If you do not like to me a doctor please resign. No patient want to see your negativity!

I don’t belive he is qualified as a Doctor and he needs to work on his customer service skills. Otherwise hire someone else who is better at working with people and children.

Doc K. Is lovely been seeing her for a long time but receptionists need to lift their customer sevice game Big time! And hey they charge $1 for a disposable mask.times must definitely be tough!

I had a telehealth appointment with one of the female doctors there at 10: 40am on Sat 01 Jan but it was a no show by her.

I called the clinic and was told the female doctor was running late and she would contact me in a few minutes. However, I waited until past 15: 00 (clinic closing time) and received no call.

Later on, I emailed reception to reschedule for another time but no one has contacted me to date. The service level needs to improve at this clinic.

This is my most favorite place reception are so lovely I've been with them for the past 8 years and there the best

The doctor and nurse were helpful and nice, thanks for the medical treatment.
But the service is flawed. I booked an appointment but for some reason, the doctor was on his "break" at the same time, I check in 3 times after an hour and the front desk finally tells me "oh didn't you know he was not on, we called yesterday. "

Well, why didn't they tell me the first time? Unless I checked the third time, who knows how long I would've waited, when I'm all wrinkly, old and dying in the waiting room maybe they'll finally tell me. Besides, after that, I checked recent calls and there the caller's id not indicate anything about the clinic, let alone a voice mail.

Please fix your system when notifying clients of a postponed appointment, like have a messaging system and least have a caller id that clearly states the clinic

Appointment waiting time is abit long but other than that it’s a good place,

Receptionist was coughing sniffing blowing her nose, sign on window says tell staff if you have symptoms well she was staff lol 12/09/21 9am
