Terrible service and appalling staff attitudes to customers (ranging from not greeting or acknowledging customers, to telling customers to "ask someone else" and even being rude and arguing with customers) combined with a store layout that makes it difficult to find anything make this store one of my least favourite places in Melbourne.

Excellent for bra shopping. Good old fashion service particularly for mature people with older women knowing how to fit you, very rare these day.this store i Melb CBD.

Good range of clothes with helpful assistant who quickly found what I was after and listened to what I needed before making a couple of good suggestions. Friendly checkout lady too.

David Jones. The worst shopping experience I have ever had here or overseas. No service. No product knowledge. Rudeness. I will never shop at David Jones again.

Service at DJs is comparable to Vodafone on Mars.non existent.

Can't find anyone to help, staff are either unwilling or incapable.

Prices are inflated as much as their staff ego.

Food section is brilliant for browsing with a coffee. So much delicious produce. It's a strong will to walk out with nothing.

Don't waste your time order online; they will cancel your order even the same goods remain for sale online on their webpage. I ordered 4 shirts online by 'click and collect' in one of Melbourne stores and they decided to cancel my order after 8 hours. I checked their website and those shirts are still available to purchase online. Hopefully i get the refunds within 5 business days as they promise. Won't buy anything from DJ again!

Online customer service department is a disgrace frankly one star is too many. Failed on every level of service and ability. Anyway there loss i will spend my money elsewhere

Exact same issue as Myer online-you order something, pay for it, select your click and collect option at the store, just to find out next day the items are not in stock and your Christmas gifting plan is ruined.

Job buy mens dark brown shoes. In and done in 5 minutes. 2 staff waiting to help good range of styles and prices. Spent $30 less than expected.

The Christmas card selection for nieces is awful. In general, the lack of Christmas card selection is limited. Very disappointing.

80% of my online orders could not be fulfilled. What's worse, they contacted me after promised delivery. Click and Collect staff member cannot either find my items or greet me while doing god knows what on their computer. They did greet and acknowledge white customers coming after me. Online shopping internationally is cheaper and faster. No joke.

Well waited & waited at counter with 'not cheap' handbag on counter to purchase. No one bothered to serve but 2 girls standing around doing not much at all. Geez they could have served me!
