Can’t decide if this radio looks better than it sounds, or sounds better than it looks Best price in Australia

Very clean and there are 3 floors to choose from. I went shopping for myself and I had found everything that I had wanted. I would recommend

Until today I very much enjoyed shopping at David Jones.
I don't know if it's the new new, but today in the menswear department, I spent just under $500.
A young male served me and threw the bag on the counter once I had paid, turned his back on me and walked off.
Not a thank you, not a word. Arrogant little so and so. Acted as if he was doing me a favour.
Perhaps this is the new way service is carried out in David Jones?
In another section of the men's department I asked for assistance with a size. Only to be told as she lent against the wall texting, that this was not her section and i need to find someone else.
What's going on with customer service here? It was not even busy!
I am better off shopping at home online rather than to put up with this rudeness.
Really not acceptable.

Excellent collection of men's clothing, they carry brands like country road and sportscraft.
Building is connected to Melbourne central on level 2.
They often have a good range of items on discount.

I went by the store this morning to buy a gift for a co-worker. I was immediately assisted by a lovely woman (I believe her name was Espacia?). She went above and beyond tracking down the item from the storeroom, removing price tags so it could be gift wrapped, and ensuring I got the best possible price with the current promotions. I left shortly later, holding a beautiful gift within my desired budget. Outstanding customer service!

Excellent store, well looked after. Much choice of items and easy to find. Brands are distinguished easily. Good access from street. Was delighted with Genne from Ralph Lauren, excellent help!

Closing down their store across Bourke St mall and consolidating into the one building, so items may be in different places than you remember

This is probably one of the most iconic department stores in Melbourne for decades! David Jones is the world's oldest department store that is still trading under its original names.this Bourke St store is so iconic and so exciting! This is definitely one of my favourite places to come to when I am in Melbourne CBD!

Please fix your website its not working 10 times from different search engines tried everything searching for item keep scrolling up automatically so annoying. I gave up online shopping from you guys. Fix the website please

I used to prefer DJ's, but our recent experience in the city store was underwhelming. It was difficult to find staff and even when you did they didn't necessarily have a good, helpful attitude.

Another Melbourne iconic destination when visiting Melbourne. Am biased as I've always enjoyed shopping at the store as variety and quality in the menswear section has always been noticeable.

I love shopping at David Jones but please train your staff to fold clothing prior to placing in a bag.
My last 3 purchases of clothing have been thrown in with the cuffs rolled up almost exactly as they were tried on.

I must share my very good experiences recently at DJ City store. I purchased a belt last month from men’s department, it has reversible buckle. After a month use I found it was perfect on one side, but when I use the other side of the buckle I noticed the corner was a bit too pointy. So I went back to the store last Saturday to check if it was common on this product. It was. I was a bit disappointed. When I mentioned my observations to the sales lady (Lin if I remember correctly), I received outstanding help. She listened to my story and did her own check, then she found another belt of same brand, same price and offered me exchange. Moreover she said she’ll give feedback to the buyers so customer voice can reach supplier. It was such a nice experience. Thanks Lin (?), thanks DJ.

I had to post a review in regards to a girl who served me at Clinique in DJ today, she was blonde and had the kindest smile and personality! I was making a purchase as a birthday gift for myself and she threw in a few freebies as I mentioned it was a birthday gift for myself, also gave me some really beautiful life advice! Wish I got her name, she’s an absolute credit to Clinique and David Jones ️

Poor customer service from the staff working in the perfume department, we ended up going to Myers, excellent customer service at Myers!

It's become more about expensive fashion things, rather than good quality things. But if you have a lot of money and you want to buy things that communicate that to others, go for it.
