Claudia from children’s wear gave the best customer service in ladies shoes when there was no one else around! Well done

The staff were a mixed bag of lollies. Some were happy and cheerful while others woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

Very disappointed. Tried to make a gift card purchase but the assistant made an error so had to void the transaction and start again. Very quick to take my money twice but four days later still waiting for the refunded amount.

Had really great service today from DJs staff who helped me with an issue with a Dyson product. Despite the Dyson support centre being very unhelpful, DJs provided great customer service and replaced the item.

Difficult to enter store. Tons of racks of clothes, the entrance was deliberately blocked off. Strange. Sales good.

Zara was the most helpful person I have ever been served by in a David Jones store. Saying I received 10/10 service from her would be an understatement

Went in today and made two separate purchases. Customer service is pretty terrible I must say with their staff trying to put up a fake smile and small talk for the sake of it. I interacted with 5 staff members and not one was warm enough. Will stick to Myer for their amazing customer service

We had a bad experience of their services. On last Saturday (Black Friday) we tried to buy two shirts but unfortunately their pay counter didn’t work we waited for 20 minutes then the lady offered us if you want we can hold the shirts and come back to buy it she didn’t tell the time limit. We back to the store on Thursday to get our shirts with the same price of the Saturday but they said we don’t hold more than two days. That’s not right to serve your customers.

We love the DJ at Doncaster Westfield. But the service in the cosmetics has gone to the dogs. This Karen (that’s her name) sat there on her phone in the Chanel stall the whole time whilst we were seeking service in the Estée Lauder stall which was right next to her! She refused to help us twice when we approached her. We had to walk around and get someone from another part of the floor to be able to do our purchase!
Sorry DJ.but no fugly Karen should be allowed to get away with this!

Highly recommend women's footwear department. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

DJ ZIMMERMANN staff were outstanding in their service this week, their product knowledge and work ethic and attentiveness was amazing. They were so welcoming and supportive and went well and truly above and beyond to organise and ensure i had access to the perfect dress and all in time for my event this weekend. Even sent a follow up email! Can't commend them enough for all their efforts.

My mother and I have been frequently going to see Lina at Ella Bache for facials this year and couldn't recommend her enough. She is highly professional, has expert knowledge and the facials always leave us feeling incredible. We look forward to our days with Lina so much! ️

Went to DJ in Doncaster to exchange an item as I purchased the incorrect size. Didn't bring my receipt and they refused to exchange. The lady who I spoke to judged me with her eyes made me feel like she thinks I stole the item.

I shop at la prairie, amazing products, expensive but worth it, I'm 50 so I need all the help I can get. Complimentary facials are just divine, service is top class.

Staff ignored me. I was after a nice Parker Pen but went elsewhere and got one. Perhaps I need to wear a suit to get served?

After traipsing around the Centre looking for a present for a 70yr old I decided to go to DJ'S and.within 5 minutes had found appropriate earrings at an appropriate price. Why didn't I just go there in the first place? Thanks DJ's

I can not tell how exceptional the service at David Jones the Glen is! The girl helping me, was trying to track down a bag and wallet from another store and when she saw she couldn't do it from her end, helped me track them down on my phone and walked me through how to enter the gift cards I had to purchase with!
Above and Beyond! You just don't get service like that anymore!

Last month, a staff named Kim from beauty area is extremely rude! Poor service and mean words spoken to us when we pay. I have never been treated like this before at David Jones. So disappointed
