Dan Murphy's Melbourne QV

Dan murphy's stores are all pretty well set out and this one is no different. Good range and helpful staff.
It is located in the QV centre (next to Officeworks) and has easy access to car park in basement.people with mobility issues will be fine as it is a newish building with level floors and lifts and escalators to other levels.

Bought a bottle of whisky and when we were leaving the alarm went off. I stopped and looked at the lady who served me and was told it's alright. Went home and found that alarm was still locked on the bottle's head inside the box. So, had to go to different Dan Murphy's back again to get rid of it. Checked online, turns out it happens a lot. Very annoying, that when the alarm sound went on, it didn't ring any alarm bell in her head and I was told to go.

Great selection with a awesome dedicated spirits area though the prices are about 3 to 5 dollars more than suburban Dan murphys.

Great collection or alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A range of collection for alcoholic beverages.

All sorts of wines, tequillas vodkas, brandy, rums.hard to make a choice.however, at the end, I can only drink one. ;)

Friendly chaps and as usual, always a good selection of items. They typically have more stock than other stores when it comes to sale items I have found. Unusual but has been the case the few times I have been looking for something.

Getting a bit tired of getting stopped in my tracks so abruptly by security. Theres no need to be intimidating when someone like myself is cooperative and pulls out my id (i personally don't think i look under 25 since I'm 30) its probably not a reflection on Dan murphys it's just the security company which i find offputting yet i still go to get my favourite wine at its best price. But its a shame when I've been approached by drunk men either exposing themselves or saying inappropriate things to me while I'm looking for wines that security fail to assist removing those individuals. Extremely frustrating.

This bottle shop has a great range of beers, wines, and the staff know their subject, nice. Chris.k

Good alcohol store with wide choice of drinks all priced sensibly. Unfortunately the choice of rakia is rather limited. They do have some Serbian slivovica but not the real thing - Bulgarian slivova or grozdova. Sad!

Great place to buy beer, Wine and liquor. Ensure you sign up for their free membership and look for the members special pricing. Without the membership specials their similar to other sellers

Great place to buy liquor in the heart of the CBD with an abundance in varieties to choose from.
Security is very attentive, asking for ID from the get-go.
Staff are also attentive especially at the counter when they notice an influx of customers.

Staff extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good selection of wines, spirits. But didn't have our preferred wine

Pretty cool selection of whiskies and spirits, they didn't have the one wine I was looking for this time but no place has everything) staff are always helpful and friendly so I'd recommend it, essuie-vitre if you have a question about spirits or liquors.

The manager. I feel embarrassed now not to have remembered his name. A man of humour and knowledge and overall a fun person if you need help in this wonderful booze shop. Its always a must visit ever time I visit Melbourne

Can't see anything wrong here. They have knowledgable staff and so wide range of variety. Price is cheaper than other bottle shops but still more expensive than somewhere like Costco, which makes sense, as Costco is kinda warehouse. But the variety at Dan Murphy's is absolutely more than anywhere else.

Has a great range of wines. May need expanding on Japanese alcohols, but a great all rounder store. Where you should go for a good range.

Excellent choices of both local, and international beer and wine, helpful and friendly staff on hand. Being from Hamilton, NZ, excellent to see rhe Good George range on display.good work!
