Was served by marcus today at the chadston store, returning an online order of a bracelet. Other staff were not interested in helping me at all, but in stepped marcus who gave me fantastic service. The other staff could learn alot about customer service from him. Thanks again Marcus for your help.

Reasonably happy. I got a pair of Jordan 1’S online which tore in a week which I was very baffled about. I attempted to get a refund but because it was a gift from a mate and he bought them in July and I only received them recently for my birthday. Despite this the manager gave attitude about a design fault.

All was settled in the end but simply from him lecturing about something I already knew, the sensory overload in that store and the fact they basically never pick up their phone what do ever turns me off of recommending this store to anyone.

Some of the people were super nice but the manager claiming that I “wore the shoe” and attempted to get a stingy refund and the fact the guy gave me grief on how he couldn’t resell the product baffles me considering it’s faulty. Just buy from JD sport, and Hype, better value and less fuss.

Despite the issues I did get them exchanged for a pair of air max 90s which was incredible they did so, after the hurtles I went through at least an outcome came.

Was on my way to Superdry (my usual place for clothes) but decided to check these guys out as my son raves about the place. He was right, great music coming from the DJ, excellent range of clothes at great prices and fantastic service from people that are clearly passionate about what they are selling.

Came in recently and had an awesome experience with one of the sales people Latrell. He was patient while I made my mind up and was able to recommend products for me to go with what I wanted to get. Absolute legend!

I made an online order on Sunday and it was shipped out on the Monday and delivered by Tuesday which was amazing timing and I accidentally ordered the wrong size for the shoes which was my mistake but called up culture kings chadstone and explained the situation as I have weird sized feet (my left is a 10 and my right is 10.5) but came in and saw a guy called Jordan and he swapped them and exchanged them for the right size and I even bought another T-shirt and he was so helpful:) without trying to upset anything else but was willing to quickly do it promptly and no excuses and it just made everything easier so thank you all for being amazing help and keep up the good work

Brought a pair of Air vapormax, really good service and shoes. Asked and paid for crep spray. Came home and the crep spray wasn’t in there, disappointed as I’m on holiday and won’t have time to get another one.

Went in today to get a haircut. Aki gave an amazing haircut. Definitely the best haircut I’ve ever gotten by far. 11/10

Have been getting my hair cut by Aki for a last 6 months and can't recommend him enough to others. He pays great attention to detail and goes above and beyond for his customers. Great guy too with a fun natured team around him.

Always come to culture kings chadstone to get a great haircut from Aki, I fly in from Broome every month to come and see him, he makes me look good and feel good and helps me out with all the latest air max releases. He's a legend and an absolute mad dogg.

The shop was way too loud and the atmosphere obnoxious, I was so disoriented I felt like I was in a casino and had to leave because I started getting a headache. Shopping online would probably be a better idea.
