Culture Kings Chadstone

The collection was good and two staff members were super helpful in helping me find the right fit and they were glad to assist. But the reason for only 2 stars is because of the checkout staff. I tried to talk with him politely and he did not even look me in the eye. He instead started talking to some one next to me while taking a good amount of time checking out my items.
I didn't make any scene earlier neither was I not wearing a mask. When I initially came to the checkout I saw the guy who helped me get some clothes for my fit (who also had two of the items I bought with him) move into one of the empty cash register so I went to him. When he told me to go in the line for the checkout register that was open I apologised and moved to the line (Note that when I went to him there was nobody else in the line). Even if that was the reason, I did apologise as it was an honest mistake. The person could have been tired but he had no issues talking to someone else besides me. And when he told me the price he looked away with disinterest and said it quite rudely (like I am an insect lol). Places like culture kings and hype dc are where I have always felt at home and had no issues. So I am quite sad to have experienced something like this. I was there on 4/1/22 around 4pm. I would like to know if I did something to be treated like that. Thanks!

Pretty disappointed in the young staff member who was a rude young lady that asked me for a letter from my doctor that explained the details of my exemption as to why I am unfit to wear a mask, even security thought it was to far and allowed me in. If that’s the company’s policy than I’m even more disappointed. I understand we are in unprecedented times but your bad attitude is not how you get answers and resolve situations. It honestly Ruined my experience and impacted parts of my day. Think before you speak especially when representing someone else’s company! Fortunately it is a an amazing business structure and I will be back, I just hope your not their and if I’m dealt with the same issue a formal complaint will be submitted. Perhaps more training is required.

Multiple staff at this store not wearing masks correctly or not wearing masks at all. Staff member too busy checking themselves out in mirror to offer any customer service

Staff have a lot of attitude. Guy serving at the jewellery counter this afternoon has terrible customer service skills. Pretty much went through the whole interaction without a word being said to us - felt like we were cramping his style.
Very off putting and I don’t know why they think they’re better than everyone? Won’t be back.

Amazing music, atmosphere and customer service! I was greeted and served by Lola at the Chadstone store yesterday (my first time ever going to CK) and she was so helpful and cheerful in making me feel at home in the store. Made me feel like a million dollars. Will be coming back.

Been a few years shopping at culture king's now, the clothing styles keep up dated bringing the latest fashion for the younger generation, personally I think it's changed which is expected in fashion, so there are only a hand full of brands and products I buy now, but overall fashion will always change and culture king's is a awesome hip urban street culture that will be enjoyed by all ages in future years to come.

Ideally Located at Chadstone the Fashion Capital, Culture King Offers a Great Variety of Top Fashion Brands, Sneakers, Jewelry etc, etc.
The Staff are friendly and the ambience is always vibrating to the latest in store music.

I went to culture kings yesterday afternoon with my partner to redeem gift card that i bought for him. But i'm sort of confuse how to use this gift card. I went to cashier and ask before we pay, the staff is not friendly and look rushed. She didn't even want to look at the phone and read what is inside, just straight away call the manager, when the manager come, she also didn't want to ask further what was happened. They left us in confuse, when we got home, we just found out how to put the card to wallet by read the instructions carefully. I feel the staff didn't want to help us yesterday.

Thank you so much for taking my concerns. I went again to culture kings today, in the morning, maybe not so busy, the staff help us. He was so nice. We bought pants and he gave me socks. But the thing we still can't use the gift card. But the staff help us explain about it. I called the provider and he explain to me about TnC apps. He guide me, and now I can use the gift card. Maybe next time i will be back and use the gift card in the future in culture kings. Just need to tap the phone to the card machine. Because it's digital gift card. Thank you

I tried to buy a pair of shoes but nobody came to help me. The cbd store is much better in terms of attention and variety. Not recommended

The employee at the entrance was extremely rude to me and the person after me. If your staff are that rude please don't allow them to be customer facing.

Awful experience with the male staff member wearing a light blue jumper this afternoon. Completely incompetent and rude. I've also tried calling the store 3 times this evening and noone is answering the phone. Will never return.

Checked out the new stock. Had heaps of nice clothing approaching winter and the staff were pretty cool as well.

Overrated and overpriced. Interior of store is poorly constructed and maintained. Would not recommend.

I love culture kings I have bought heaps of dresses online but I was disappointed when I went instore because they had nothing of what you see online. Well I will continue ordering online.

Massive range of clothes and hats in different designs and colours, doesn't have a big collection of shoes to go with the clothes though.
There wasn't enough staff to help out on the shop floor on the day I went so had to wait a little bit to get the hats I want.

Great place, Nice music playing, alot of fashion brands to choose from, they have 2 jordan claw games and they have a jewellery section.only bad thing was they don't have enough stock and kids sizes otherwise its a great place, good offers.

Went into the store today and staff are attentive, friendly and willing to help. This is a stark contrast to my experience at JD sports where staff get angry at you for needing assistance and sold pairs of shoes that have been worn.

Unfortunately the store didn't have my size in the shoes I was after, so I ordered them online on the Culture Kings website.

I will be coming back to Culture Kings if I ever need anything in the future. Customer service is excellent.

Nice contemporary fashionable clothing. Most of their garments are very comfortable and the store is whole lot of experience. Very helpful and friendly staff.
