Culture Kings Chadstone

I have been to this exact culture kings 7-8 times in the past 5 months. I have not been greeted once, ever. Not until I have my hands full with products will I only then get greeted and finally acknowledged with some decent customer service. I understand individual KPI’s are important, but providing customer service is somewhat crucial in helping you achieve that as well.

Amazing shop i ve everbeen. I really love to spend more and more hours there. For anyone they do have stylish clothes and specially shoes. In shorts its a heaven.

I can see why my kids go crazy over this place. It's pretty cool. It was probably way too expensive for me to shop at personally. But I suppose that's the price you pay to stay on top of your looks.

Good store, and good service. Was helped by prince to pick my fit. Great communicator and very helpful. Would highly recommend.

First time coming here after a friend recommended the place, very good vibe and nice environment. Staff was very helpful even though i was asking a lot of questions and taking my time. Should check it out if you are in the shopping centre

Very pleased with my experience this time around. The second manager Renee has good people skills, very personable and genuinely made my transactions and returns smooth as can be, she’s a credit to herself and the company this was such a refreshing approach to the usual CK style. Nice staff. Effing loud though. You have to REALLY listen in when staff talk. Like I knoooow that's the idea of your shop, to have a DJ up the back share his iTunes playlist but Jesus. Place is loud. But the staff are great otherwise lol.

I shop here a bit and love it! Recently had Renae help me out in store and she was amazing went above and beyond. Amazing service with an awesome amount of clothing to choose from!

Mainly sports team brand clothing. Some quality stuff, but its a good store to go into if you want to dress like a early 2000's mexican gang member.

Such a horrible experience, unhelpful staff, horrible customer service, staff did not paid any attention despite asking for help number of times, article was present in store and staff told me its not available anymore

Went in to try Nike Huaraches. I’ve had a pair before but style has changed since then so I needed to try them on first. Person serving me treated me like I didn’t know how to wear a pair of shoes. I don’t know if it was understaffed but they were running around trying to get everyone fitted and done in the least amount of time possible which meant I wasn’t allowed to try on 2 sizes and compare for some reason (was I not allowed to be alone with the shoes?) and when I asked questions they either couldn’t hear me because the music is so loud or didn’t stay long enough to bother answering. I’m in retail and I’ve experienced it being super busy and that wasn’t it so I don’t even know why they were so rushed. So I just left. No Huaraches for me.

Amazing clothing but I almost got scammed here I was gonna buy a guess braclete when I knew the price was 105 dollars I was gonna get charged 150 for the braclete at the vault and whatever I picked out I asked for pricing they were about to chatge me double the pricing for the clothing it really messed my birthday not shopping here again

When I've been there last week, I was a bit confused and sales lady picked it up and offered me her help. Very nice staff, she managed to find me exactly what I've been looking for. I wish I asked her name, but overall very positive experience and friendly staff members.

Very upsetting. Bought a $100 gift voucher for Christmas. Next day the present was opened and no gift voucher was inside the box.

Too loud, packed with big men, illogical product placement and staff disinterested in assisting you (or they can't hear you due to the music volume (masks don't help either). We left as soon as we entered. Not a place to go if you don't know what you're looking for. 3/10
