The cheese wheel is a gimmick of course, but the whole experience was lovely. Tiny little place punches above its weight. We'll be back.

Tried the cheese wheel pasta. Honestly, pasta was undercooked and too pricey for the portion but it was yummy. The restaurant is very very small so if you like hip hole in the wall places this is probably for you.

If you are looking for a great pasta dish, you have to visit Cucinetta. And if they run the cheese wheel event, it is a must-try dish!

Amazing food. The cheese wheel pasta was to die for. The gnocchi melted in your mouth. Will definitely go back soon to try other amazing dishes.

Staff couldn’t have been nicer, the cosy atmosphere is so intimate and inviting and the cheese wheel pasta was delicious. The Canoli though was transformational- I honestly find myself thinking about it multiple times a day

Cucinetta is one of the best restaurants in South Yarra.

A quaint, high-quality and intimate restaurant that values the simplicity and no-fuss approach to Italian. The service is impeccable and I highly recommend dining here for an intimate lunch or dinner.

The best pasta I've had outside of Italy. We travelled from Geelong to try the cheese wheel pasta. While expensive, it was worth it. The cheese sauce was rich and smooth without being overpowering and in true Italian fashion the pasta was cooked very al dente. I added truffles, which is a mandatory addition to this upscale comfort food. Delicious. Make the trip, but book ahead. They only have nine tables.

Small intimate romantic Italian restaurant. We tried couple of the pasta and the antipasto. The antipasto had pretty good selections but we find that it didn't have enough of the cold cuts. Both pasta dishes are pretty average in terms of the taste. Both cooked al dente but the accompanying sauces didn't elevate the dishes. Service was a little cold and uptight for the price we are paying.

I had dinner here with family and friends the night before my wedding and it was the best night. The food was amazing, and very generous. We tried the risotto and we all commented that it was the best risotto we have ever had. The service was great, the waitress serving us was friendly and fast with drink orders and food. Really good cute little Italian restaurant with amazing food!

Another magnificent meal by Chef Bea. When guests are all trying to take photos of the meal being prepared, you know that you are eating the best.

The three of us enjoyed a very relaxing and superb lunch on Tuesday - the parma wheel was sensational as was the calamari and vitello tonnato. Must also say the wine by the glass was especially enjoyable (a super Tuscan from Montepulciano and a nebbiolo from Langhe. Service was attentive whilst not intrusive. Definitely glad we made reservation.

Brilliant food, excellent service. This adorable little restaurant tucked away on Murphy Street packs a might punch with flavours in this authentic Italian food. A delightful experience that surpassed all expectations, it was a pure joy. If you can, try the "Cheese Wheel" Cacio Pepe and the trio of desserts—next level.

Enjoyed and absolutely delightful dinner on Saturday night for my partners Birthday. A small hidden gem which took me back to when I went to Italy.
The ambience, service and food - from entrée to main and dessert was amazing! Although quite a small place, it is definitely worth it and would highly recommend you have a meal there. Thank you again to the the staff that made it an enjoyable and memorable experience.

What a wonderful place to have dinner. The service and food was great. We were lucky to have the Cheese Wheel pasta on the night we ate there. Interesting wine list as well. Wish this was my local.
