Crust Pizza Port Melbourne

Nice pizza and face-to-face customer service. I'd give them five stars if their telephone manner improved.

This place was one of my regular, not so sure anymore. My husband and I have been coming here a lot but now i see the quality of this place deteriorating. Would've rated one star but the food's still good. The customer service and management and hygiene is so poor.
Last week, I waited so long at the empty counter for someone to take my order. There were only 2 employees, a girl and a boy working in the kitchen and no one at the counter, and then at long last this one guy comes, probably the boss, and doesnt understand a thing! He keeps going to someone else after every instruction. Yesterday also there was no one at the counter! I was standing helplessly for someone to take my order, eventually i gave up and left. About hygiene, especially in times like these, instead of taking extra safety measures, they were cleaning everything with a dirty cloth, it even smelled a bit after that.

So glad my friend recommended me this place. I ordered the peri peri, the pizza was ready on time so tasty I must say manager over there Rohan approached with great gestures, very humble and polite staff. Pizza was made with good effort and efficiency. The shop was busy but still there was this tall nice guy parth who made our pizza on time and had a smile on his face. Had a great experience there ️️

I have been going to this restaurant for a while but recently they have this tall nice guy name parth the customer service amazing he always have smile in his face he make the best pizza's aswell I though I would go ahead and give crust pizza a good ratting here I m thanks mate parth

Just ordered a pizza through deliveroo.the pizza base was spoiled and i think very old.the chicken was very dry too.the pizza was smelling very weird.

If I could give 0 stars I would - I have had the worst experience with Crust Port Melbourne.
I ordered some pizzas for staff at work for a farewell. Order was placed at approx 12.15 for a 1pm delivery. I was called and advised they wouldn't make this time and would be here at 1.30 - 1.45. I called at 1.45 asking how far off they were as staff were starting to leave. I was told the driver had gotten lost trying to deliver so they were redoing the pizzas - I don't believe this at all as I'm sure they have maps on their phone and I didn't have a single missed call. I was then told it was already in the oven and would be 20 minutes away. I call again following up 20 minutes later (by now its 2 hours since I placed the order) and told it was just placed in the oven. I told them I would like a full refund and we would go elsewhere.
By this time most staff had gone home and if we had of known when we originally placed the order it was going to take this long we would have cancelled at the time.
Poor communication and their stories didn't match up. Won't be going back here and hope this is passed onto the manager/owner of the business.

We ordered a Vietnamese chilli chicken pizza, it was very dry and did not have enough ingredients i.e cabbage and chicken! We won’t be ordering from here anymore!

Good pizza and efficient service. Sauce could have been more dispersed, it seemed to be concentrated in the centre of the pizza. Good base and toppings and nice customer service.

Order a delivery pizza. Driver could not find my building (in Southbank, shouldn’t be that hard), had to stand out on the street and direct him. Pizza was cold by the time it arrived.

Just received my first order from Crust after discovering my favourite pizza/pasta place is closed on Mondays. Not impressed.

The gnocchis are hard as rocks and inedible. Sauce was okay. The linguine is lacking seasoning and way overcooked.

The proscuitto pizza was good and delivery was prompt. That deserves the one star.

Will be ordering from Basilico's in Albert Park ONLY in future. I suggest you all do the same.

I placed an order online at 11am. We received a call stating the delivery wouldn't be until 1-1.15 due to the shop being busy. It is now 2.20pm and we still don't have a delivery. I won't be ever using this place again

The place and atmosphere is really nice and the food as well! But I found the place a bit overpriced for what it is. Was a nice experience!

Excellent service and yummy tasty pizzas option. One of the best place to enjoy pizza with the magnificent view of port melbourne. Definitely will come again
