Crust Pizza Port Melbourne

Ordered twice, on both occasions the pizza arrived more than 1 hour later than the time given at order (and >2hrs total). I guess this might be acceptable if the pizza was made by an erratic genius but it’s merely … fine? Calls were mostly unanswered or provided information of questionable accuracy (“it’s in the oven”).

Open time 11: 00am, we called at 11: 10am to order 27 pizzas for a local business lunch. The girl working told us "we are not open call back in 10min" Went elsewhere and they were more than happy to take our order.

Delivery 2.5 hours late. Called 4 times, was told on three occasions that it was “2mins away”. Operator hung up 3 times. On last call was told that order had been delivered to incorrect address. Never received pizza.

Exceptional service! I called ahead a few days in advance to notify we'd be placing a large order for an office of 100 people, the manager helped to make sure the order was received on time and followed up after the order was delivered. Lots of compliments on the pizza. Great service and delicious food.

Pizzas were cold and undercooked. It was recommended by my friends but I did not like it. I won’t order pizza from there again.

Pizzas were cold, gluten free pizza was not indicated out of the 3 pizzaspurchased, paid for extra buffalo mozzarella, but didn’t get it.

Very disappointing. Extra large is actually a small. Pizza sauce is sweet. Meat lovers seriously lacks the actual meat- seriously over priced.

Ordered pizza to arrive at 18: 15. Called to say it'd be 18: 30. It's 19: 10 now and it's still not here. Tried to call for 45 mins and absolutely no answer. How are we meant to get in touch? !

Edit: got here an hour late and they're cold. Want a refund.

Ordered pizza earlier in the week, we had some issues with the order but the owner has reached out and resolved said issues. Will try again in future.

Best pizza on Bay Street! The staff has consistently been incredibly friendly and wonderful, I genuinely enjoy every time we visit:)

Very bad service, ordered online for delivery. Website told me about 30mins (ordered 6: 15pm) delivery. Only just got the meal at 7: 35pm, if I knew it would take this long, I would not have ordered from here. Called the shop several time, keep telling me its on its way. Now it's missing something and no offer of refund just said they will deliver it again. Thanks for making my dinner split over 2 chapters! Never ordering from you again!

Easily one of the best pizza restaurants in Port Melbourne. The food quality and prices are unmatched, and the staff are some of the friendliest people you will meet. Would highly recommend to everyone in the area, you will not be dissapointed! We always get excited when we have Crust for dinner:)

Poor experience last night. I ordered 2 pizzas online last night. After an hour, I called the store and they told me that my order was on its way. After another 30mins I called again and the staff member said they had a stuff up and will make the pizza within 10mins! Very weird that they could make it in 10mins when I waited over 1.5hrs for the pizza. Basically I wanted it delivered across the road I couldn’t pick up. Kids were annoyed and hungry and ate too late! Pizza was ok, wasn’t as hot as it usually is but at that stage we were all hungry and annoyed!

Crust organised a heap of margarita pizza for our children’s movie night. We love supporting local businesses and crust was an amazing help and of course the pizza was a hit.

My experience at this place was memorable. The staff members were extremely curious and smiling The overall the condition of the store was absolutely clean and hygienic. The icing on the cake was the pizza it was very tasty and nicely prepared. I simply loved it.will definitely try it again and again if I happen to visit the area

Bad service. Firstly the pizza was very late. The ETA given was 30 mins, when I called 40 mins later the pizza had just left the store - apparently the pizza oven was broken. This I can accept, however after this the pizza still took more than 20 mins to get to my house, which is only an 8 min drive! The pizza arrived half cold, and without the extra toppings that I asked for (basil and chilli flakes). I expected better than this from Crust. Could have just ordered from Dominos, would have been much cheaper and probably better service!

Way too much cheese & tomato paste on pizzas kids wouldn’t touch it. Will not be getting again

That was one hell of a pizza and conversation with the legends at Crust PM. They convinced us to dine in and enjoy our food and beers with them. Great way, drinks and gags about the good old days in a seaside favorite that may have lost its panache elsewhere but not at Crist PM

Did not have the ingredients as stated on tge website venue. Returned pizza and received the same with excuse 'this is our standard'. We took a photo and compared like for like. Difference was clearly evident. Disappointing pizza experience Won't repeat. Next please.
