Crust Pizza Port Melbourne

Not sure what is going on with this place. Pizza dough was undercooked with an overpowering flour taste. Pasta was incredibly bland. I go here for convenience but I think I’m done now. Service is fine and speedy, food isn’t great.

My visit to Crust was an absolute delight! The concept is like Subway, but with a pizza twist, and it's a refreshing change. The variety of flavors they offer is outstanding, and you won't be disappointed with the prices either. The staff here is not only helpful but also genuinely friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Now, let's talk about the pizzas we tried. The Moroccan lamb pizza was a true standout. The combination of succulent lamb, aromatic spices, and fresh toppings made it an unforgettable culinary journey. The crust was perfectly crisp, and the flavors were well-balanced.

The supreme pizza was equally impressive. Packed with a medley of toppings, it was a pizza lover's dream. The generous portions of quality ingredients made every bite a delightful explosion of taste. Whether you're a meat lover or a vegetarian, they have something for everyone.

Overall, Crust exceeded our expectations with its great flavors, affordable prices, and wonderful staff. If you're a pizza enthusiast and enjoy the build-your-own style of places like Subway, then Crust is a must-visit. We'll be back for more pizza perfection soon!

Ordered BBQ Chicken Pizza as takeaway. Pizza dry and tasteless. Could not see any Chicken in the Pizza. Would not recommend takeaway from this establishment as you do not get what you ordered!

If I want to have pizza I always go with Crust Port Melbourne, their service and food are amazing

I ordered the cheesy jalapeño scrolls and the Peri-Peri chicken pizza for delivery. It was fresh and delicious.

I am editing this review, as management from Crust reached out to me after I made a complaint about some poor customer service and apologised and tried to rectify the situation. I'll also add that the pizza is very good, which believe it or not can be hard to find in Melbourne sometimes. On the night in question pizza was excellent, customer service was non-existent but they followed up and did what they could to make it better.

Best pizza place in town, excellent customer service, pizza always served hot and scrolls are to die for! All our dietary restrictions are always considered and taken care of. My forever go-to ️

Horrible service. Took my money and didn’t deliver pizza. Called store twice and was lied to about where the pizza was. First call was 75 mins after the order was placed, the second call was 1 hour 45 after order was placed. Told that delivery driver apparently couldn’t deliver to my house. Yet, I was with my kids playing / waiting on front porch. That was a blatant lie. Was told the driver tried to call, but alas IPhone call register doesn’t show that. Was then told the store tried to call me, but again call register on iPhone doesn’t show that. That was another lie. Then was hung up on. Still refusing to refund my money. In my opinion the Worst customer service I have probably ever experienced. Never again. Such a shame because the Crust brand has historically been good

One of the best pizza in the entire world and the price of pizza are cheap and tasty and the staff are also so friendly and the boss and manager are one of the best guys out there love it. Recommend to everyone

Had a huge order on Friday with a dozen pizzas and they managed it perfectly. Pizza tasted great and they even helped me get it in the car!

The place was amazing. Good food and staff and the worker there was extremely nice, gave him a tip.

After waiting over 1 hour when it was maximum 30 minute delivery quoted, the pizzas were freezing and the cheesy garlic bread so cold and hard you could use it as an ice hockey puck. I won’t waste my money again. $48 not well spent for inedible food. Do better!

Probably my worst experience of ordering take away food. I placed my order on their website asking for delivery by 7pm. At 7.35 they called me saying the driver had a car accident and my pizza can’t be delivered. Since they didn’t have the ingredients for the pizzas I had ordered, they couldn’t make new pizzas. So I asked for a refund. The lady on the phone said it will take 24 hours which I said is ok. It’s been a week now and I raised a support ticket, support team told me to contact the shop directly. After numerous unsuccessful attempts, I was finally speaking to the manager of the shop who said he’ll send my refund in cash (which is weird in itself) with a driver and it will take 50min. It’s been almost two hours and I haven’t heard a from them. They are declining my calls. I won’t stop though. Just don’t appreciate the way they are treating customers!

Made an order of two pizzas and a side. The pizzas delivered more than an hour later, but there was no side. Called them to ask about the side, and they said they will call me back in half an hour to an hour to give me a refund - didn’t hear from them!

Fabulous. If you don't mind delivery taking over two hours.then the pizza being dumped at your front door, no knocking or calling.

Overall I most certainly won't be going back. $30 for 1 cold pizza 2 hours later. Yeah. Just no.

After a major hiccup with my attempt at online ordering I rang Crust Pizza in Port Melbourne and was kindly helped by Yasin. My goofed up order was corrected and delivered, hot and delicious, a mere 35 minutes later. The delivery chap was just as friendly. It is so nice to experience real customer service. I highly recommend this fine establishment for all your pizza needs.

We ordered pizzas for the whole shift at work. If you can’t manage a large order, don’t accept it. Every single pizza had about a quarter of the toppings that you would expect based off the price and pictures on the menu. Extremely disappointing. I would go as far to say your menu is false advertising because what was delivered was nothing close to what is pictured on your menu.
