I really appreciate this place. I stopped in Melbourne just passing through and found this place. I was starving and when I walked out I was so full I couldn't eat their dessert. Cost me less than $8 and the food tasted so good. Lots of flavour and everything cooked

A Melbourne institution. Crossways food is always tasty and the serves are massive. A daily menu means the options are limited, but value is unbelievably good. You'll leave with a full belly and an eclectic mix of interesting people to chat to along the way.
A must visit place if you are a vegetarian/ vegan. Healthy and cheap meal served with love. Had positive vibes and experience.
Adorable staff and i love the concept of low prices and helping others in need. Unfortunately not my "style". Food wasn't too bad (only 1 choice) but I didn't feel comfortable eating close to strangers and homeless. As I say love the concept but I was probably unprepared for the experience as the place is in the heart of the cbd.
Food quality could be better. But a good place for vegetarians in Melbourne. I wish the cook would do wonders with the good fresh vegetables

Chickpea and spinach curry on a wed afternoon. No frills vegetarian curry shop. You come here for the cheap and delicious food especially good for budget vegan/vegetarian finding food options. Recommend to try at least once for those who are adventurous
A big serve of tasty vegetarian curry plus paddadums and dessert is a total bargain at only $7.50. Amazing. I had the Friday Thai curry and it was delicious, so flavoursome and filling!
Love love love Crossways. Thank you for keeping my belly fully of delicious food over the years. I will always keep going back to Crossways for not just the delicious food but the eclectic clientele and good vibes (hot tip - there is more seating upstairs and the tables by the window have a beautiful leafy vista over the old town hall building)
