Took grandkids they loved it. Food over priced. Can't take your own food yet every thing is chips nuggets fairy bread sausage rolls, whats healthy about that for kids? They do have muffin break great coffee not a wide range of food.as normal.

Great centre, kids love it. Staffing in the school holidays. You need to have an adult to supervise the girls you have on. They seem very stressed out and were quite rude. Some customer service training would go a long way.

An excellent place to keep the kids entertained especially during school holidays or weekends. Lots of stuff for the kids to be tired out by the end of it. The cafe is not bad either and the staff are extremely helpful. So if you have kid (s) and are looking for something to keep them occupied then go here.

This is definitely one of the good ones, my kids love them.

Not a lot, a few slides, a go-kart track which you have to fork out more money, for the price you pay I would expect a little bit more.

Cool place. A little bit disorganized at times but when you need assitance they are helpful. Kids have a ball!

Play center is good, only problem is the instructions and location should very hard to find via map. Its on Gippsland hwy.and there's no need to go in a circles, among the industrial factories.because u well never find it. Its on Gippsland hwy it would be helpful to have a clearer layout of location on map.

My kids just love this place friendly staff lots of fun stuff for kids. Very clean and neat good price for food items and a excellent place to host for kids

Good venue for the kids.

The service was good but the place did get very hot and at times was over run by the bigger kids.

Was a great looking place for the kids. BUT, No staff actually make sure kids are playing by the rules, kids could access the area where the compressor is kept, teenagers are allowed to run around on the little kids equipment, even adults with NO SHOES on where doing flips on a castle that clearly states KIDS ONLY! And I had my 3 kids come up to me on several occasions saying teenager are swearing and threatening them! I finally told the staff, they laughed it off in the corner, obviously the teenagers that run this joint have NO CLUE ON CHILDRENS SAFETY!

It's alright and muffin break is good but too dusty and sticky. I am not sure when they actually clean this place.

Great place its very clean people are nice the only problem they are little bit to slow on delivering food and i got my coffee warm wasn't even hot.

Had a birthday party there they ask my guest for money for the entry.they are very money minded didn't get a good service from staff I had to tidy up after lunch for my son can blow his candles.will never go there. Not a good place at all. Very disappointed
