Crocs Playcentre Lyndhurst

Had my daughter’s 2nd birthday today, I can’t speak highly enough of how the staff treated the children and all the adults. Well done guys and keep up the good work

Crocs has a new years special with free admission, which is great and you think they'd realise they would be busy and want to cash in on Cafe sales
Instead it was reasonably quiet,
But we still waited 25mins for a quick toastie and coffee, which they forgot about. Then they just pulled the tomato to serve in a ham and cheese.)
Took along time to be served and seemed to be alot of young staff and not much happening. I don't blame the young staff but they don't seem to have good customer service training.
Kids love it but the service was disappointing.

First time we had our daughter’s birthday outside of home and it was a fantastic experience. All the kids had a fab time, our host was friendly and had a party vibe from beginning.
Highly recommend

Please clean the venue under the climbing stairs and slides there is dust and rubbish
Cleanliness will go a long way in maintaining the place’s vibrance also the bump cars malfunction
Also you need to replace some of those balls that fall from the bucket some are half bitten and mouldy looking
There is also dirt and rubbish between the stairs
Theres balloon ties left on chairs just needs a detail clean it’s hard not to see the centre’s uncleanliness

Play center is good, only problem is the instructions and location should very hard to find via map. Its on Gippsland hwy.and there's no need to go in a circles, among the industrial factories.because u well never find it. Its on Gippsland hwy it would be helpful to have a clearer layout of location on map.

One of my favorites in the area. Definitely a clean space for kids.

Some of the crocs and lolipops arent even as clean as this one.so 5 stars for them!

We had a party here in Novemeber. It's the second time I have been here for a party first time was pre covid. The staff was arguing with me about getting a platter that I said I did not order and we did not get after repeating my daughters name multiple times and what party I was paying for she continued to argue with me. It's a shame that that really put me off.

Very dirty been 3 times now every time the bathrooms are horrible. Flys flying around our food, coffee made by someone who has never used a coffee machine was horrible. Whole place needs a good clean and trained staff.

Today I had my baby girl’s birthday party. I've ordered chicken nuggets, Spring rolls, chips, and muffins as a party food for the children. I just had 08 chicken nuggets for 08 children (1 chicken nugget for one child?). When I asked the management, they said yes it's only one chicken nugget for one child. RIDICULOUS. RIDICULOUS service. After I enquire from some other people around me, they had the same feeling. End of the party (just 1hr 15 minutes) they charged me $354 and asked me to pay for 02 coffees, which I didn't order even.

Very DISAPPOINTED. Never recommended any one to go Crocs playcentre Lyndhurst. Not worth at all.

Had my child's birthday party here and was not approached by the "host" until 20 min after party began to be told food would be out at 12: 45 that we need to be out of the room by 1: 45?
The food does not come out until after 1: 20?
The kids sit to eat and then want to play at 1: 40 the host says we need to do cake after much confusion as I brought my own ice cream cake? The cake finally comes out! The kids are just starting to eat the cake when a young worker comes to say "can we move your bags out please and to finish up quickly as we have another party coming in"
The kids are still eating and the staff are moving all the bags and presents out? Really a terrible service for the price you pay! I'm glad my child enjoyed the play but i wouldn't recommend at all! Spend the money elsewhere. Then to be charged $25 for cutting a cake? What a joke!
Very disappointed in Crocs and extremely disappointed by the treatment of the staff.
Very sad that it is young teenages running the show without any support from owners.

Doesn't deserve any stars. We asked if it was ok to sit at a table and the staff member said yes. We ordered food after an hour we asked where it was to be told they had put it on a different table. They then delivered us the COLD food.we asked for fresh food which didn't make them happy. After all of this they then wanted $4.50 for a jug of tap water. The last straw was when they asked us to move as they had a party booked and wanted our table. My reply sorry no I'm not moving.

Nice playcentre kids liked it. Has alot for kids of various ages to keep them entertained n having a muffin break built in is a plus get a decent coffee while kids have a good time. Only issue I found as I went there during heavy rain it is very loud due to the rain on the roof to the point it drowned out all the kids yelling n screaming but yeah was a very enjoyable venue to visit nonetheless

Food for child and 2 adults arrived after 10 (child), 30 and 40 minutes respectively. And for the adults it was just toasted sandwiches and wraps that needed heating. There seemed to be plenty of staff hanging around behind the counter - but in complete chaos & disarray. The play areas are tall but actually quite basic and there were ferals everywhere, including a mother letting her toddler use the potty in the middle of the dining area… I get that toilet training sucks but that’s so unsanitary and the staff seemed oblivious to it.

Terrible service. Sausage rolls were microwaved and soggy. The kids asked for a glass of water and they refused and asked them to buy bottled water. We had already spent $60 on entry and food, and they can’t even provide a glass of water? !

My daughters (1,2 and 4) love this play centre. It’s very clean and there’s lots to do, even for the younger ones.

Very poor service. Was waiting to be served as my daughter was hungry but the staff just looked at me and continued talking for about 10mins

Busy place, but well kept up. Friendly and helpful employees. Plenty of things to keep the little ones busy whilst the adults enjoy decent coffee and nibbles.

Lovely plycentre and decent coffee. Its clean and customer service is great. However no AIRCON! We came on a hotter day 28 degrees but humid, and I hated being inside! Felt sticky and muggy… I could imagine how it was for the kids who were running around playing!
