Crocs Playcentre Lyndhurst

Very cold inside needs some heating system installed, staff were nice but need to learn how to make coffee, not much variety in foods. Playground ok but not 100% the best. I find Narre Warren much better better coffee, better food, better playground. I won't be coming back here again.

This place needs a good cleaning, specially in times of covid! Otherwise, good play for kids in a rainy day.

Not too big and over whelming for younger kids. Nice toddler areas. Still lots to do for the older kids as well. Only reason why I didn't give it a full 5 star rating is because we have to pay $2 for each ride on the electric cars and if you don't have coins then your child misses out. There is no tap and go card facility like the stationary 'merry go round' ones in the shopping centre. There's no cash out. Nothing. If you've never been to this play centre before and didn't know you needed coins (who carries coins anymore) then your child misses out.

$4 for a bottle of water …. No free jugs of water for the children.
Half the set up is extra charge to ride the cars
And to top it off…. The lady at the desk is so rude
I don’t usually leave reviews… but not providing access to water for children is greedy and infuriating

This is a fun indoor playground! My son loved the small cars! It can get very over crowded so go early! Bonus: $8 muffin and coffee

Staff are lovely. The extra effort to keep the place clean due to Covid is noticed and appreciated. Some vegan food options would be great since you can't byo.

Sadly the cleanliness of this place has gone downhill. Play area is not well maintained or clean. Toilets are absolutely filthy, like they haven't been cleaned in days. Floors and basins all need a good scrubbing. Even the table number holders are gross. Cooking oil obviously needs changing. Wonder what they hygiene in the kitchen is like? So disappointing how standards have gone right down here.

Had our daughters 5th birthday party with Sandra as our host- she did an amazing job taking care of us! The place was clean and well organised, everything was timely within our booking and the Muffin Break cafe meant that all the party food was good quality!
Thanks Crocs team and especially Sandra for making our special day hassle free!

Amazing indoor play centre for children and great place for play dates. There is a cafe inside and also have a huge parking spot.

Worst experience at a play centre. Firstly the aircon or fan were switched off on a warm day, and were turned on after requested, however kept on being switched on and off over the 3 hours we were there. While it was hot kids took their socks off and we were told that if the kids didnt have socks on we would have to go home, AFTER the owner rudely made us feel unwelcome after we requested an ice pack, it busted and was made out to feel that it was our fault. The owner then requested for his staff to hand over a bag of ice from the freezer. Will not be returning ever again. Bad customer service and bad handling of a situation with a dissatisfied customer. He exacerbated the situation after I'd walked away from the ice pack incident to point out that my kids didnt have socks on and that we would have to go home. Bad form. Bad judgment.

It wasn't very busy but it was extremely hot. If ot was overcrowded I might understand. Coffee is just as bad. Will not go back

As far as play centers go it's ok. Probably better for kids under 4 and under than bigger kids. There isn't a lot of play equipment there to keep the bigger kids occupied.
The electric car track is tiny, and a ride costs $2.wnd you dont get a lot of time for that.

The 1 star is for the equipment. I recently had my 4yr olds birthday here and it was disgraceful how we were treated. The manager and staff were rude and the girl running the party had no idea what to do, drinks for the kids were bought out 2min before they kicked us out of the room. Parents waited up to 40min for coffee and ice chocolates. I will not be bring my children back to this play centre and recommend that you don’t waste your money if you are considering going there.

Horrible experience last few times we have been here. The staff are extremely slow at bringing out orders and Our table has never been cleared during our stay and it ends up full of dirty plates etc. We have been amongst first people to arrive in the morning and the bins in toilet have been full? Worst part is that the most recent visit the im presuming owner was extremely rude as I asked if I’ve cream freezer is usually locked and he said no it’s much work for them to open it when people want to buy an ice cream and parents should look after their kids better! His attitude was horrible about it. Final thing is the coffee. I have never had a good coffee here and regret getting one each time. On top of this I had soy milk with my coffee once and it came out curdled. I don’t know why I kept coming back to this particular crocs but I’ve learnt my lesson now and will not be back to lyndhurst crocs

Had my daughters birtbday i was constantly getting annoyed by the party host too many questions and everything was very rushed didnt enjoy myself as a parent.

Seperate section for toddlers, huge slides, mini push bikes.

Big selection of snacks and meals and a decent cafe choice

Love the place have loads of room to move about highly recommended to parents to bring the kids there

While the facilities in itself are good and kids generally have a good time, my experience in having a bday recently was not favourable. The party host was not friendly and seemed more intent on getting things finished rather than ensuring the customers have a good time. Also I feel that more than 1.5 hrs should be given as this makes everything too rushed and does not give adequate value for money.

We called to center, checked working hours, booked birthday party for Cup day and sent invitations to friends. Couple of days later they gave us a call and said that they will be closing that day. We have to re-organise party urgently and re-send invitations.

It's overpriced
The service was poor and slow
The food was ordinary
My tip here is get you kid filled up on food first and then take them here. Oh and make sure you bring socks as they charge a fortune for them here and are required for entry
