Very happy with their hybrid flooring quality and installation service! CQ Flooring Mobile showroom is very handy and great idea as we could see a lot of flooring samples at our home and choose the best colour matching our furniture etc. Fred and Sam were really helpful and Kia and Alex did a great job too.

Sam and his team helped us select the type of flooring and timber that complemented our apartment well. He explained the different options and gave us a quote. We went with Jarrah wood engineered floorboards. Our old carpet was removed, the concrete was levelled and new floorboards put in on schedule with the tradesmen staying late to finish the job. We are happy with the reasonable price, responsive service and beautiful result as can be seen below.

Only a small job 35m2 of vinyl but in a commercial situation that had access difficulties. From the initial quote.including a suggested product, to the actual laying of the vinyl the process went extremely well. The installers were very most courteous and had the job done with a minimum of fuss.

Just had my Laminate Flooring "Premium Oak - Chester" installed and couldn't be happier. The service provided in store and also during installation at my house was amazing. The layers were very tidy and did a perfect job and Sam at the store was so helpful throughout the entire process. The floors look better than I could have imagined. Would recommend

Very good customer service and also they act very polite. They aslo have very good products on very affordable prizes. Also the welcoming is very nice and the atmosphere is just great. Very one wanted to help me and was very prowd of working there. Great vibes coming from that place.

Pathetic service or should I say lack of service
Had an appointment at 7pm with one of there sales rep, by 7: 15 no one came so I had to call the rep and ask what's going on, his reply was he was with a customer.
