Do not use this business. Floating floorboards paid for and booked for job WednesdY 7th April, estimated time to complete was 1-2 days. No one arrived 7th, several phone calls without response to 1300 number. Visited showroom in Lorimer St and eventual advised that "not sure what happened" job will be done Thursday 8th and Friday 9th. Thursday 1 person turns up and starts removal of existing floorboards, gets about qtr of removal and new floor done. Friday 9th 2 other people arrive and almost complete job. Last estimated 3 hrs to be done Tuesday 13th as we were going away for weekend. No appearance Tuesday, again several calls to 1300 number with no response. Wednesday 14th 2 arrive, partial complete job. Say will return Friday. No appearance. Monday 19th, no answer via 1300 number and no staff at Lorimer St shop. Tuesday again go and see staff at Lorimer St who make phone call and advise job will be completed Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday NOTHING Thursday, finally obtain from CQ staff the phone number of floor layer. 2 calls over 90 minutes both not answered. So a 60 sq mtr apartment job not completed in over 2 weeks USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

Great service from both Allen (in store) and Andrew (measure/quote). Both are very knowledgable and took the time to talk me through the process and options available. Highly recommend.

They wouldn't show up to work for hours and they did not inform us.l It made our reno take way longer. Just terrible at communicating with the client

Terrific to terrible, immediately following my upfront payment. Additional payments demanded and two days after I had paid, on Christmas Day, I was still being called and texted.
It is three months and two contractors later and my floor is still not finished. Gaps not filled, holes in walls, damage to my front door. Glue everywhere, wardrobe doors taken off hinges and not replaced, sliding door runners removed and not replaced. “Hard as nails” used in place of silicone for a wet area gap. Poorly fitted trim that has gaps, mismatched trim in colour, which was purchased from Bunnings - I have the end pieces with the barcodes. So much for a quality installation and quantity materials.
Keys not returned from second contractor for 2 months despite numerous requests for them to return to complete the job and return my keys.
Invoice not provided - despite four formal requests.
Went to Carpet Court in Richmond to talk about replacing the damaged and improperly installed trim. They called the wholesale supplier and had some put aside and discusses how easy it is to do myself. They received no money for this transaction, they just care about their industry. My biggest regret is not going to them to begin with.

Worst customer service experience ever. Very communicative when getting your business. Once you have paid upfront, completely ignores you. Missed communicated target completion date and never even informed me. Found out on the day when we were supposed to move in. Had to reorganize movers, furniture deliveries and our temp accomodation. I Complained about this and no reponse at all. After delayed completion, found my heating ducts filled with debris from their tile removal, left holes on my wall too, gaps not filled, house keys not returned to me. Complained, no reponse at all. 3 formal complaints and 3 weeks later still no comms from CQ Flooring. Finally got a call.to ask for final 10% payment.wow! Amazing!
Had to inform them that I have raised my complaints to ACCC and Consumer Affairs Victoria before getting any response. This is not how a business should treat paying customers. Worst.

Went into Docklands store to look at flooring options for apartment. Sales assistant was relatively new, so passed on details for a quote for 2 options. Waited a few days and having heard nothing, called to follow-up. Was assured that they would be in touch, but no email or call a week later. Waste of time

If you can, please book in with Kia for your next job. He's very friendly and professional. He put his heart into his job and did it with due care. Thanks to him my apartment looks so much better now.
I couldn't give 5 stars because the sales team did not explain everything to me before I signed the contract, and asked me to paid more than 1/3 of the quote after the job had just started. After all, I'm happy with Kia's job so 5 stars for him and 3 stars for the sales team.

They seem not to be helpful just because I was about to get flooring only for my kitchen area.
It was 9.5 square meters. They will only answer And assist you if you have big areas. Pathetic.

An absolute rude costumer service which made me and my best friend feel really uncomfortable. The guy was trying to sell me what I did not preferred to get and kept arguing around to convince me. They won’t respect your opinion!

A big shout out to Sam and the team at CQ Flooring Docklands for an excellent job installing our laminated timber floor. Sam assisted us to select the perfect floorboards for our apartment that fitted in with all the body Corporate requirements of our building. Before installation floors were carefully removed and disposed of. During installation, the installer and manager (Allan) kept us informed of the process every step of the way. We are so happy with the end result. We love looking at our floor and walking on its inviting surface everyday!

Great service, great range and quality and all at amazing prices. Definitely recommend in love with my amazing Hybrid Floors!

We had a fantastic experience with CQ Flooring!
Sam and his team removed a large amount of tiles and replaced them with laminate flooring and the result is terrific!
The project was started on time, finished on time, and completed within budget!
The installer ("Kia") was particularly careful and thorough throughout the project and because of his outstanding workmanship, 2 other couples in the building are now using CQ to also replace their flooring.

Sam & Allan helped us find the right flooring for our new home & we absolutely love it. We shopped around quite a bit and knew we were getting a good deal. Kia did our installation and I was amazed by his workmenship. We paid a little extra to ensure all our floors were level and we couldnt be happier with the final output. If you're in the market looking for flooring, I'd highly recommend these guys!

Unpleasant experience and worst customer service. Be really careful when u deal with Sam. He will not reply any emails only if he’s asking for money.

The team at CQ Flooring have come through with our beautiful Timber flooring for our new build. We couldn’t be happier with the result.
