From the very helpful Meys in their modern remote showroom, to the wonderful Kia who truly went above and beyond with our delivery and requests, and Kevin the master craftsman who expertly installed our Spotted Gum flooring and stairs.

We renovated an older property and the CQ Flooring has truly transformed our cold, floor-tiled house into a beautiful, warm showpiece home.
The flooring was glued directly to our tiles (something many people said could not be done) in only a matter of days, and looks and feels so nice underfoot. We are so pleased we did it.

We had an insurance claim and our new flooring had not been ordered by the insurer, but our furniture had already been removed ready for the flooring to be laid. Sajjad went out of his way to come down to Docklands on a Saturday so that we could order our flooring and then it was promptly fitted within 48 hours. I can't go past the excellent pricing and service that I receive every time I have to have new flooring installed to one of the many units that need to be refurbished. Terrible customer service & labour, the men who installed our flooring didn’t vacuum before he laying the underlaid (even we paid for all the carpet removal & cleaning up). Before he left quad not install properly & stick out, Martin the customer advise just put the glue on. Is this kind business of QC flooring quality give to the customer? We put comment as we experienced they rang to deleted.
The promise on the web & service the delivery completely different.

Hamad, I would to thank you for the professional service that you gave us in helping us choose the right color and type of flooring after your site visit to our property. The whole experience was very easy & satisfying from start to finish (except for the installation wait due to covid lockdowns which was out of everyone's control). I am telling everybody about Dinh & his crew how professional and quick they were as Herringbone flooring is not the easiest to lay. When they arrived there was not any downtime and they worked from the minute they arrived to when they left. They were so particular to detail and nothing was to much trouble for them including moving heavy furniture. They cleaned up and removed rubbish and left our house spotless. It was a pleasure having them here. We are so happy with our new Herringbone flooring and will be recommending CQ Flooring to anyone considering a new floor.

Horrible customer services! I have been waiting since the 12 of March for them to come and finish the work. They left a mess.
They keep telling me that someone will come and finish the work, 3 times and not one showed up!
I would not recommend them at all!

I recently went into the CQ Flooring showroom and ended up ordering engineered oak floors - total value approx. $2300, only to realise I had gone into the wrong store (there is another flooring store next door). Within 10 mins of making the payment, I called them to explain my error but they refused to refund me. I was given the run-around and told that the product had already been ordered and there was nothing they could do. They essentially forced me into it, so I kept the product and organised a different floor layer to install it. My experience was awful. Even though I explained it was a genuine mistake and I had only just made the payment minutes prior, they were not interested. At best they said they might be able to offer me a 70% refund. These are highly unethical people.

The customer service and communication from this company is absolutely terrible - since the initial and subsequent emails/calls I have made to this company I have been left with an awful experience. They do not reply to emails or return your calls, they are happy to take your money, but when they over charge you it takes forever to refund you. I was told that I would be refunded in 4-6 weeks and still have not been refunded, it has been over 8 weeks. When I try to contact them they never return my emails or calls. I am still waiting for them to refund my money. It only takes 24 hours to make a transaction to refund my money, but for some reason this company finds it to difficult to process this. Its such a pity because the floor boards are great value and the install of the flooring looks amazing, but if you want return business or for me to recommend you to my friends, then I would like calls and emails returned. I regret using this company.
