68I've used these guys for my first aid and CPR training for 5 years now, and I'd be hard pressed to use anyone else! They've got great prices, locations and availability, and they don't muck about - you get exactly what you need to know quickly and clearly with a good sense of humour and community thrown in too.
I did the 5 hour training with Allan on Monday. He was phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and passionate. He made the content very interesting and easy to understand through the use of his real life examples, hands on demonstrations, and humour. Thanks Allen for providing me with the skills, knowledge and confidence I need to do my very best in a first aid situation!
Loved this course, Allen made it fun and interesting as well as educational. The hands on sections allowed for a clearer understanding and stopped the day from seeming too long. Good job all round, highly recommend.
Renewed my CPR yesterday in Frankston with Norm instructing, my 2nd year with CPR First Aid & I'll be back next year. So convenient with the online modules, the trainers are up to date, friendly, encourage questions & input, they make it fun but you know you've earnt you're certificate if you pass as you have to work for it!

It’s my third course with CPR and thorourly enjoyed it again. Thanks Joan for an informative night updating my CPR. Its conveniently located in the city with huge rooms and great equipment that is cared for. It’s my go to for first aid training!
I attended cpr and first aid yesterday with norm in Frankston. I went in expecting to learn nothing new but I did! I was very impressed with how the class was run, how professional it was. Norm was fantastic as an educator and I will definitely returning next year to complete my cpr refresher thank you.
Norm did a great job of teaching 1st Aid, Basic Emergency Life Support, & CPR on this one day course.
Norm was also very entertaining & interacted well with the audience making sure you were learning the necessary 1st aid skills every step of the way.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back for my refresher 1st Aid in 3 years and refresher CPR in 1-year.
