Always a efficient and lovely team at CPR First Aid. Every time the instructors add new ideas and information, I had Joan for the second time and she still brought new ideas to me.

Elssy was such a great trainer and provided me with all the knowledge that I can take back with me.

The training was excellent! The half online and half face to face set up worked out well. The practical application with the trainer reinforced what you learned on your own. Toni was excellent in delivering both theoretical and practical information especially on an early Saturday morning.
CPR First Aid provide reminders and support before the actual training. Their training facilities was great.
Will definitely see them again for my refresher.

I’ve attended the class yesterday and Tony was the trainer. The class was extremely informative and Tony answered all my questions. I booked for the express class definitely was a fantastic experience and very informative. I will definitely be returning for future classes and recommending to friends and family.

I completed my First Aid and CPR refresher via the express course on 21/2/22. The course was efficient, succinct and importantly, COVID-safe. Steve the presenter was clearly passionate about first aid delivery and was engaging and entertaining in his course delivery. I'll be back again next year!

I highly recommend this CPR and first aid course for anyone who needs.
I did 3hrs practice in class and completed the other online theory which I found really helpful a useful. I learnt more than I ever did in other places previously. I will continue renewing my first aid and CPR course in the future here. Excellent trainer Steve and amazing course.

Just wanted to say that the course I undertook yesterday was brilliant! It was covid safe, interactive and delivered in a fun and exciting way! Steve, our instructor, was passionate and caring (with a good sense of humour) which added to being able to fully enjoy the course - it was low stress thanks to Steve (except when Bob the mannequin was in need of some help…) and I couldn’t recommend the course more! Thanks cpr first aid!

This is the third year I have attended CPRFirstAid classes with this company. My classes have been held at their Bundoora site. I have found the learning practical and extremely helpful. Our facilitator Steve was engaging and set a great learning environment for the classroom. They offer both fully face2face classes as well as online theory & practical face2face classes for those who might be short of time. I highly recommend CPRFirstAid for both CPR & First aid courses and will continue to book with this company each year/as required.

Top quality staff, very accomodating. The express class is a new addition this year for me and it has not only saved me time and money being able to get back out onto the job site, but it has allowed me to be more efficient and brought me home earlier for family time in the evening. I always use CPR first aid (city location) to renew my First Aid/CPR but recently moved out north and was glad to find they have classes close by in Bundoora.

Good price, location, and trainer. Halle was engaging and thorough. Prior online modules were rigorous and prepares learners well for the practical class.

Showed up for a first aid course waited for a good 20-30 minutes before giving their hotline a call and Lo and behold the course was cancelled but none of the admins thought to tell me. And of course the admins didn’t do anything to help just told me it’s too bad the next course on a weekend will be a month and a bit later. What a joke.

I did the express CPR course at Bundoora. I was very impressed with how efficiently the assessment was done, and the support provided by the instructor. I also loved the DRS ABCD and choking flow charts that I was able to take home and to work. I have been doing CPR updates for 10 years now, and this is the best company I have come across!
