CPR First Aid

I highly recommend CPR First Aid for anyone that needs to complete their first aid and CPR. Fantastic trainer and even shared some of her personal experiences which was very engaging also used a practical approach and went through many real life scenarios rather than just theory to keep the content extremely interesting and relevant. I came away from the class feeling confident in my newly acquired skills and appreciative of the importance of first aid and CPR knowledge. I did the 4 hour class and completed the other half online which I found really helpful to save time on the day. Very informative, concise and I learnt more than I ever did in previous first aid courses. I look forward to renewing my first aid training with CPR First Aid in the next 12 months. Keep up the amazing work!

I completed my refresher course here and the venue was well equipped, coved safe, and easy to find. The trainer was excellent, very knowledgeable and practical. I would recommend this CPR FIRST AID venue to all.

Was a great experience with CPR First Aid, this is the second company I have done a first aid course for and it was brilliant. The staff were lovely, the location was lovely, and better yet learning to save lives is lovely! 10/10

It was my first time doing a course with CPR First Aid and I'd definitely use them again. I did the online theory and 3 hour class option and found it to be very effective as it gave me the time to work at my own pace and then refresh everything in a classroom environment.
I do need to mention that the online theory does take longer than the suggested time on the website, particularly if you want to ensure you're understanding everything.

The instructor was very informative and easily approachable. Overall the experience was very good and I'll be back to do my refresher next year. Thank you

I would like to give 10 stars! This is my 3rd time experience with CPR First Aid and every time they exceed the expectations. My trainer was Jason and he was working with Ambulance Victoria and gave so many practical examples which will help us to improve our knowledge. This course is worth the money. Thanks to all the trainers of CPR you are doing a great job.

Great, fun class with an awesome trainer to run it. Chris is very knowledgeable and experienced with first aid and he follows a practical method of training while keeping information nice and simple. For the course, you'd need to book an appointment and then prior to attending, complete the theory online by going through each module, then completing the per-assessment. Very good environment to practice first aid and I highly recommend CPR First Aid for anyone that is new to first aid or as a refresher. Great experience.

Theo was an excellent instructor for my first aid and CPR course. He made sure to make relevant connections with the theory content to the real life scenarios he has been through himself and made sure to keep the class uplifting yet informative. I can't wait to return next year for my annual CPR course!

Communication has been very difficult (both phone and email), and although the course content was very thorough it took much longer than suggested to complete. The CPR refresher class also went for an hour rather than the half an hour advertised. Definitely allow for more time for the pre-course work and the actual class if booking.

My wife and I did our CPR and First Aid refresher course with CPR First Aid in Bundoora last week and Chris, our trainer, was fantastic. Easy to understand whilst keeping it fun for the whole class. They are exceptionally well priced and being able to do most of the learning online to save time in the classroom was very helpful. We will definitely continue to keep renewing our skills with CPR First Aid in the future.:)

A well planned and facilitated course is what was delivered during my CPR/first aid update. Jill's approach was confident, informative and relevant to my requirements. Highly recommend this course for both personal and workplace environments.

This course was wonderful! It was affordable, easy to book, and quick to receive the certificate all of which made it very convenient. The content was delivered in an engaging and interactive way. The prior online learning was set out in an easy to use way, and made the face to face class much more understandable and easy to engage with. I did the HLTAID003 First Aid and CPR at Adina Northbank (550 Flinders St, Melbourne CBD). Would highly recommend!
