Continental North Melbourne

Came home on Sunday to two flat tyres. Continental was the closest tyres shop that was open. Post service we found out we were ripped off. Low quality tyres for a premium price. They had taken advantage of our desperate situation. A case of revenue over honest service. It's quite disgusting really.

Opportunist management looking for a way to cheat you while politely smiling at you. You might get work done here on your car with no issues, but if there are issues then it is likely you will walk away disappointed and without a proper resolution. If you read the 1 star reviews below, it’s the same situation over and over, poor customer service when things go wrong. Don’t be fooled by the seemingly proactive responses to the bad reviews, there is no real action behind the responses.

You will notice that new parts that you pay for can be sourced right away, but when they have to order parts to fix a problem they caused, all of a sudden they can’t get the parts in for weeks or even months or never.

At this establishment you can expect to have:
1.damage to your vehicle,
2.incorrect parts installed,
3.parts not installed that you have paid for,
4. Poor customer service with very slow problem resolution or sometimes no resolution at all to the problem they caused on your car.
5. You are likely to spend more money than you expected because you will need to take your car to a different company to get things fixed in the end.

Why take a chance with your car and your hard earned cash. There are many other great tyre companies in Melbourne so go find one of them instead. I won’t be returning to this one ever again.

Avoid! I replaced my tyre in this store on July. Then, 1.the tyre size doesn't match my car, and was different from the other 3 tyres, which will cause mechanical damage to the car. They refused to refund me until I complained to the consumer affair. 2. My credit card was charged another 880 dollars 5mins after I left the store, and 1012 dollars the day after, they denied, fortunately my bank charged the money back after 5 months.

Very well, organised team. Abbas who is the manager is very nice. I had four tyres changed through him with a great deal. Didn't take long to get my tyres fitted. The manager also got me a coffee which very sweet of him. Check these guys out. Keep up the good work.

Great customer service. Well organised and switched on workers. The manager is very nice and helpful. I needed 4 tyres replaced and the manager helped me out with pricing and timing. I high recommend Continental in North Melbourne, as their customer service and experience is the best out there.
