Friendly, professional and speedy service. Came in on a Sunday morning after waking up to a flat tyre, thank goodness for these guys! Highly recommended.

Good to see an honest local mechanic. Had the car put in for a service and a check up. The team let me know what else could be improved on the car and what each repair would cost.
I chose what I wanted to repair, they didn’t push for unnecessary extras. That’s all I need in a mechanic.

These guys not only did a slack job that we had to return the car for them to re-do it, but delayed returning the car a few times as it appears they are completely disorganised in ordering the spare parts they need for the service.now we are stuck with a rental car for over a week and even can not take our baby seat back as they either close way before they are supposed to or do not even bother opening! What a waste of our time and money

Guys who work there floored the throttle at 90 kms in provost street in the name of testing the tyres and I got a speeding fine for reckless driving. Absolutely will not recommend them. Extremely rude customer service. No thank you, I will take my business elsewhere. If you see the reviews, you can find out that the reviews are left by their own friends and families to make the Business look good but when you go there, you will find out that it was all fake.

Originally had re003 bridgestones on the car the owner Abbas referred me to r888rs as I wanted more grip and a performance tyre that was track friendly i cannot be more happier my car performed to its best with the tyres refered by Abbas this place is performance car friendly and I will definitely be back in for tyre change the staff are well mannered And very organised thanks Abbas cannot be happier hope to see you soon thanks.

I was told they only had one choice of tyre for my car and that is was $250 per tyre. Thinking that was pretty expensive for a brand called Winrun I asked if that was the best price they could do, to which i was told it was. After fitting the tyres I discovered the exact same tyre is being sold elsewhere for less than $100. Their own Facebook advertising shows they sell the tyre for $110, yet I was charged $500! I emailed numerous times to see if we could rectify the massive overcharge and have heard nothing back. Expect to pay more than double here, and expect terrible service.

Ordered through tyre sales, very quick and efficient service, was even offered a coffee when sitting waiting, these guys go above and beyond and my pregnant wife was more than comfortable at this shop, she is very beautiful and none of the men gawked at her at all which was refreshing for a tyre shop.

Cannot fault the service. Needed some tyres quickly, squeezed me in without a drama talked options over the phone before fitting.
Has got my business for life. Would highly recommend.

It was a rip off, had the worst experience ever. 250$ just for replacing a flat tyre with a spare tyre and then the owner is an idiot, know nothing about what he’s doing. And then telling himself a ‘ tuff lebo’ who went to jail lol.

Don’t ever go to this place. They are ripping off their customers. They are pure scam, selling 20$ things for 200$. So save yourself from these thugs.

Came over from new zealand for a nice holiday with my fiance, ended up getting a flat tyre so we popped in to see the boys at continental north, service and prices were great! Would definitely recommend to anyone who looks at getting some work done in the area. Good job boys!

I had alignment services without the machine, as I remembered the man who is mechanic just swiped the front and rear tires, of course I was standing nearby exactly, I didn’t see that, I’m not sure it’s cheating or not. Unknown charges for $95, he was telling me $75.

Such a worst place to go for your tyres. Went there and the guy gave me a quote of 695$ just for changing 4 locknuts on my wheels. Mercedes, bmw doesn’t even cost that much.
“ Complete rip off “Never ever go there. There are so many other good tyre shops in north Melbourne. Was my biggest mistake But it’s my first and last one. Save yourself from these idiots.

If only there was a way to provide zero stars.

My car was being used by a borrower through Car Next Door, when the clutch failed. It was towed to my mechanic, UltraTune, for them to inspect the vehicle and quote on the failed clutch. Car Next Door provided a quote from Goodway that was cheaper, so it was towed there for the clutch repairs.

Goodway repaired the clutch. Within minutes of picking the car up, I called them back to tell them it was underpowered (not a problem prior to the repairs). 10 minutes further down the road, the car was filled with such strong fumes that I was concerned I should get my young daughter out of the vehicle.

When I returned the car to Goodway, the mechanic informed me that the tail shaft was damaged (which had to be removed to fix the clutch). Goodway would not take responsibility for fixing it, and got aggressive with me on the phone. I took it back to UltraTune, who confirmed the damage was NOT there when they had inspected the car immediately prior to Goodway's repairs, and also identified that an injector valve had been snapped off (which they had never seen before, and was not broken when they inspected the car either).

UltraTune have confirmed in writing that when they inspected the car neither of these parts were damaged, or showing any signs of wear. They also said "the injector valve would have been particularly hard to miss given it was snapped off, which we have never seen before. "

Thousands of dollars of damage later, and Goodway have not responded to my communications regarding these repairs.

I'm happy to post evidence of this given in other reviews below Goodway have denied having records of customers who give bad reviews. I also note an odd number of positive reviews all at 3 weeks ago, shortly after I pointed out the number of bad reviews to Car Next Door.

Next step - a letter of demand from my lawyer and suing Goodway and Car Next Door for the damages.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

EDIT TO RESPOND TO BELOW COMMENT: Please post your evidence, as I never received any communication from you that said you would pay for half the repairs. The last communication I have from you said that you would not be paying for it. Independent mechanic inspection confirms no sign of wear or damage to the tail shaft (prior to your repairs). Only indication of this is your unsubstantiated claim.
