I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! I look forward to my regular appointments with Jas and I always leave feeling refreshed and happy with the outcome. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting their hair done to go and see the girls at Concept.

Cathy is an absolute delight! I had a full heads of foils with the K18 treatment. The colour was exactly what I wanted and the treatment left my hair feeling so nice and healthy. Definitely recommend Concept hair design.

So professional and kind, I let them know in advance that I have piercings which aren't quite done healing and they did their best to avoid my ears. So happy with the results, definitely my go-to salon

Don't you hate it when you travel interstate only to find an amazing hairdresser! Luckily got a last minute booking with Katelyn who cut and styled my hair perfectly. Will definitely use again when I'm back!

Jasmin was fantastic, really warm and able to make my experience really enjoyable. She did a awesome job colouring my hair, even managing w my annoying face mask - it wasn't an issue. Highly recommend for friendly and professional experience.

I had a 10min hair consult with Jasmine due to having long, thick hair and not seeing a hairdresser for ages. Very impressed by her professionalism, honesty and I felt like she listened to my needs. Quote provided was reasonable also. Salon had a calm, friendly vibe and added bonus was a cute little pup greeting everyone. Have booked in for a cut and colour; looking forward to it.

Katelyn did a great job with my hair! I was able to get a quick last-minute appointment and am very happy with the service provided. I came in a bit clueless about what I wanted, and Katelyn was able to give me a great new style that suits my lifestyle. She reccommended products that will accentuate my curls and showed me how to style my hair in a quick and natural looking way. Kaitlyn was able to accommodate my impulsive need for an urgent wash and cut, as she'd had a cancellation. It had been at least 6 months since I'd been to a hairdresser and my hair was longer and annoying. Kaitlyn summed up very quickly what I needed and did an excellent cut still keeping some length. I've had many cuts over the years, however Kaitlyn's professionalism and skills are up there with the best. And on top of that a delicious cappuccino!
