Amazing! I have never had a cut or colour that I haven't loved. My whole family, including my two kids, all get their hair done at Concept Hair. Such a fantastic salon! Oh and I highly recommend the Hot Chocolate from their complimentary beverages!

Staff and service is above and beyond any place I've been too. If you're after a haircut or a full colour I would give this place a try before anyone else.

Very friendly, good conversation, good suggestion with hair styling, lovely coffee and even had a puppy on my lap for awhile, will definitely be going back.

I'm a visitor to Wodonga, needed my hair styled for a family function. After checking reviews I chose this salon. Best blow wave styling I've had, particularly as I was new to the salon. Stylist carefully checked my existing style cut so she knew what style was. Result - she did a great job. Very happy:)

My 3 year old very curly hair's first haircut and there were no tears or tantrums! My eldest 6yrs said she felt special having her hair washed and cut then braided.

I’ve been coming here for around six months now and have never once left disappointed. All of the staff are so lovely and personable, not to mention are fantastic at their jobs. The reviews speak for themselves - they are usually booked up a few weeks in advance so bear this in mind but they are so worth the wait

I made an appointment with Katelyn after a disaster of a haircut that made me look like I was wearing a helmet. Katelyn listened to my concerns and what I hoped she could do for me. In addition, she was honest and discussed options. She also checked in throughout the cut to ensure we were on the right track. We chatted easily and I instantly felt at home. My whole family now attends Concept and we are all very happy with the outcome.

I came in today with long bright red hair looking for a change. I saw Cathy an she was amazing! She turned my hair from a long red mess to a nice brown pixie cut. The ladies at the salon were very friendly an it was an amazing experience. I highly recommend and I will be back.
