Had such a great experience here.the girls were extremely accomodating after I messed up my booking time and were able to fit me in and did an amazing job lightening my box dyed hair.loved the result, can’t wait to come back for my next appointment.

Such a great experience with the girls here. I needed a pick-me-up, having just had a new bub & with all the lockdown stress, so I saw Nikita for an eyebrow wax & Katelyn for a style cut. Now I tend to be a little on the shy side, but Nikita just made me feel so welcome and relaxed!

Katelyn gave me such great advice for my hair, I've always had a hard time getting any shape out of it, to the point where I didn't see much point in going to a salon regularly. But I've had so many compliments on my hair now! Katelyn also helped me out with a patch test (I'm allergic to a lot of hair dyes) and I'm booked in for a fresh new colour! I came in to see Cathy with horrible box dyed pink hair that had stained my hair for over a year. My goal was to get as close to blonde as possible and Cathy went above and beyond to explain every process and products she used. She managed to make my hair look stunning, while keeping it healthy and strong. I can’t wait to see what she achieves at our next appointment. She is also great to talk to! Yesterday was my first visit with Nakita, she was brilliant, & so helpful with tips on how to get my hair healthy again, & on styling. I’d been growing a pixie cut out since all if the lockdowns started, & had missed a couple of appointments this year … plus I’ve been on medication which has been affecting the health if my hair. So happy with the cut, & we have all of the layers out now, so can concentrate in the shape. Booked in fir some foils next week, to add some contrast & interest! Love it! Glad I found you

I was away from home and really needed a pick me up after a long week. The team fit me in quickly with a complex colour fix and extensions match, wash and blow wave. Absolutely wonderful experience and wonderful outcome, so professional and the 2nd year apprentice was welcoming (didn’t make you feel judged like other hairdressers can make you feel). I am so grateful and happy to support such a wonderful local business. Keep up the gorgeous work you do and being the influential humans you are!

I love going to Concept Hair Design. Amazing atmosphere, it’s like catching up with friends. Cathy is a champion at cutting and colouring my hair, it has never looked so good, she has helped restore the damage to my hair from over thinning it previously. Tanika is fantastic, so professional and I love the way she straightens and styles my hair, she also has a positive vibe and always seems busy and keen, doing all the jobs in the salon, she never stops!

Concept Hair designs reviews are well deserved. Online booking is a breeze. The salon is spacious, modern and very clean. Staff are very friendly and Cathy did a great job. The service was great, offering 'good old fashon' customer service. It was my first time and definetly wont be my last. Thanks for the great haircut and even greater customer service experience.

This was my first time at Concept Hair Design and i absolutely loved it, Kathy was so friendly and really looked after me. I had my hair bleached and coloured purple/pink and it looks amazing, I get so many compliments on it. Definitely will be back!
