We got the Nourish Bowl (vegan and gluten free option) and the chicken burger. Both dishes were beautifully presented, the portions were huge and the tastes were delicious. Thank you!

We had a 40th party here on the weekend and it was wonderful. The venue was perfect for cocktails, food and a DJ/dancing. The food was delicious and plentiful, the place looked beautiful in candlelight, and Ant the function manager was an absolute pleasure to work with- super obliging, friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Great vibes from the CRC team who, through thick and thin, helped our community overcome some of the rough days during isolation. With unwavering good attitudes, friendly banter and excellent food + coffee, I enjoyed watching you guys adapt the business to suit current times in order to keep your staff employed and resources available to the neighbourhood. It's a little thing but their reliability helped me look forward to getting out of the house and maintain a (mentally+physically) healthy routine. Thank you Anthony, Antony and Crew!

Common Rooms is definitely my favorite cafe in St Kilda East. Everything is incredible from coffee to breakfast options and snacks. Staff is friendly always welcoming customers with a big smile. Simply love it!

My new favourite coffee shop. The guys here have been doing a great job in these tough times for everyone. Coffee is great, service is great. New breads also look amazing. Can't wait to head for brekkie once this is all over. Great work, keep it up!

Wow, what fabulous presentation of quality ingredients, all put together on a single plate of yummy breakfast. A very professional atmosphere.

This breakkie bowl with green eggs and toasted broccolini is not a bad first meal at Common Room Co. It’s a Melbourne tradition to have brunch on a long weekend Monday and who am I to argue. Prices are a bit steep but at least the quality matches.

Great coffee! I am yet to try the food though.my only disappointment is that there is no baby changing facilities or activity packs for kids. Even if its some coloring pencils/crayons and a coloring in printout.

Food was vanilla nothing really stood out. More like a home made breakfast rather than cafe quality. Bloody Mary needs improving on flavour

Wonderful venue! We have been here for breakfast, lunch & dinner. The Saturday jazz nights are great fun and the food is amazing at any time of the day.

I have been here several times usually for a weekend brunch and have never been let down that was until today - I brought a work colleague here for lunch, I ordered the lemon grass, chili, seared beef salad with Asian greens. What i received was the salad but the beef was SLOW COOKED BEEF (like pulled beef almost) with a salad. I did not enjoy the flavors together. I called the busy staff member over (she was lovely) and I advised that it wasn't what i ordered, she just explained that is how the chef cooks it - it was not enjoyable at all, i ended up just eating the salad and leaving the beef - the freshness of the salad was ruined by the beef- I'm am just so disappointed with what i received and am regretful going here today.

Not a good experience. Been here many of times as a regular customer but safe to say i wont be going back. Always have had the sparklingly water on tap yet this time they decide to charge $5 for the jug that contained the sparking water. Even came and gave two bottles (were they just expecting me to pay $10?). When paying the *RUDE* worker was not forgiving at all. Not impressed.

Lovely setting, super friendly and pro staff. And the food? OMG! The fresh orange juice was amazing, the smoke salmon to die for and the eggs benedict just like fireworks of savours. Super good quality and reasonably price! Found my go to place

My very proud Melbourne mate took offence to me suggesting Melbourne's breakfast offering was a bit underwhelming, so had to take me here to prove me wrong. Which it most definitely did.

Nice, cosy place. Food good. Had brioche bun with bacon and eggs. Parking is a bit of a challenge. Cafe is on a corner.

Such an awesome new cafe! The menu is really exciting and different from the standard bacon and eggs, hard to choose what to have as it all sounded so good. It tasted just as delicious:) Buzzing vibe early on a Sunday morning, but still speedy and friendly service. We will be back!
