Commercial Hotel

Food was pretty damn good and well priced. My sister had roast pork and I got the crackle and was perfect. Southern style chicken burger was delicious. Service was awesome and they were willing to have a joke which is good to see. Recommended 100%

Had the best meal ever, the manager went out of her way to make sure my wife's birthday was memorable, the dinner was excellent but the deserts were even better, thankyou commercial!

Has the rudest waiter in Werribee. I asked if ok to join two tables together because the single table is too small for our food order - he refused. I then asked: "Where should we put the food plates that can't fit on the table then? On the floor? " His answer: "Can't do anything about it. " The place is nearly empty; only 4 tables were occupied. We've been to that resto several times: all the other servers were polite and helpful. Except for that one. Needless to say, we'll never go to that place again if that waiter is still there. Edit: this happened 23 April 2021.

Plenty of car space, friendly staff, by the way, please fix that heater at smoking area (only reason for 4 star).

Was not happy with the amount of flies in the bistro area. Was not happy with my bland tasting $40 Porter house steak with watered down so called mushroom sauce.the salad had no dressing just oil.chips were really nice though. Not happy at all.

I have to say the customer service I experienced at the Commercial should be the benchnark across the state. I think her name was Kate. Absolutely loved it Beer was cold and served with a snile everytime. Will definitely be back. Thanks heaps:)

Great sized venue, very cheap beer, plenty of pokies and a pool table. Food was good and fairly priced.

The parmi's are fantastic, the Canadian Clubs are too and the customer service is the best in the Wyndham LGA!

Have been to a few events here, the food is really very good. The venue is in a great location. Lots of parking around the area and its on the main strip of shops in Watton Street, Werribee. The staff are very helpful, facilities are great and the service is good.

Can't fault the Commercial. We've been going there for a lot of years and seldom do you get a meal that isn't great. All places have highs and lows but the highs for the Commercial well outweigh the lows. The staff are brilliant, the service is good and the food as I've said before is exceptionally great. Can't recommend it more.

Specials are good value I've never had a bad meal there but its nothing special you get what you pay for good when you cbf cooking!

I have attended this hotel several times over the last 12 months. The manager in the public bar, Greig is a true asset to this company. Always friendly, obiliging and goes above beyond customers expections! Well done!

Very interesting visit, a customer threw a glass at the bar tender after demanding a refund. It smashed everywhere and then they just walked out. After that the mood chnaged and everyone was a little bit down not wanting to speak loudly because fo what we saw.

Meal was very nice, the service very friendly great people, however the beer I purchased was not Carlton Draught or something was odd.

I felt very relaxed and a homely feeling. Meal was excellent and staff so friendly. My 1st visit and there will be more in the future.

If you like late pokie playing, then you will like this place. Meals in bistro are good. Just your average Melbourne pub these days. Over priced and mainly for gamblers.
