I couldn't have asked for a more prompt response to a problem that I was having with my MacBook Pro. Within a couple of hours of dropping off my computer it was repaired and ready to be picked up. They even updated my OS as well. Don't bother with the larger stores that charge you a fee just to look at your computer and then take days or even weeks to fix it. Will be recommending them to all of my friends who are having an issue with their beloved mac. How service should be!

Excellent customer service and competitive prices. Very trustworthy with clear and prompt communications. Threw in some complimentary replacements when I took my water-damaged keyboard to be replaced, plus gave free advice on how to help my mac run better.

These people believe in fixing things (rather just paying out the nose to buy new). They happily explained technical details in plain language and were just lovely to deal with. Couldn't recommend them more highly. My old 2008 mac laptop is now running nearly as well as my flash new work laptop.

Great Service and pricing! I called up in the morning and had my iMac diagnosed, repaired, internally cleaned and upgraded within a few hours of making the phone call. Very friendly, honest and charismatic staff and they charged a very competitive price for the parts I wanted installed. I will definitely be sending my friends here for all their Mac repairs.

It's also much easier to park nearby here than shops in the city so you wont need to carry your expensive machine through the streets to and from the shop and your car.

Johnathon is the best! Very prompt reply to my panicked query about spillage on my MacBook Pro. After dropping it off, It was checked and I received a response within 2 hours and the price was extremely reasonable! Never taking my Mac anywhere else! Extremely grateful, thanks Johnathan!

Pros:
1. Great location.
2. The staff are very knowledgeable and skilled.

Cons:
1. Bad attitude, zero patience with customers.
2. Not clear at communicating service fees.
3. Don't have lots of inventory (it's a small shop).

I would recommend to go somewhere else! AMT Electronics on Elizabeth St go above and beyond to help. They are also extremely friendly, offer better prices, and are very professional!
