I had an outstanding experience with CommandFix! My laptop was repaired in just 20-30 minutes, and the service was impeccable. The person handling it was efficient and also incredibly kind and delightful to deal with. It's a rarity to find such awesome people in the service industry. Such a reasonable cheaper price too. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with CommandFix who helped salvage an 4-year-old Dell XPS laptop that was giving me the dreaded blue screen of death, and the brand's tech support couldn't help. I'd written off the laptop and just brought it in to try to save the data, but the CommandFix team were able to get the whole laptop back up and running, as well as backing up the data! I appreciated that they kept me up to date with the work and how things were going, and were transparent and realistic about what was achievable. Best of all they managed to repair the laptop within the hourly billing time we'd originally discussed for the data retrieval, and didn't charge extra beyond that - so it was a really nice surprise! I'll definitely be coming back any time I have a computer issue that needs fixing.

Jonathan who does the repairs is a very honest broker. His work is very high quality and he is very transparent with what work needs to be done and what parts might need replacing.

Also - not just an Apple shop! I took in an Acer laptop and I felt confident that Jonathan knew what he was doing. Very happy with the excellent service.

I spilt water on my MacBook Pro and I went to Apple for advice, and then called a couple of other authorised repairers for repair options. I went with CommandFix after speaking to Jonathan and I am so glad that I did. He was able to repair my laptop, saving me from having to buy a new one (as Apple instructed). He was in continual communication during the process and was very clear on the cost and timing. Highly recommended.

It's always a dark day when you get the call that your laptop can't be saved (RIP, ol' faithful), but Jonathan and Nick were incredibly helpful, outlining all my options at every stage of the diagnostic process, and were able to fix me up with a (very reasonably priced) refurbished model overnight. Will definitely be back for any future issues - highly recommend!

My laptop decided to go on the blink three days before I was due to travel overseas for work. Being essential for the completion of my research project, the prospect of losing my laptop came as quite the shock. I immediately contacted Johnathan at Commandfix, told him of the problem, and was in the shop within the hour. He was sympathetic to my plight and assured me that he and his team would do their best to assess the issue, without making false guarantees, as soon a possible. I resigned myself to using a substitute laptop without the required processing power for the task at hand and the certainty of losing data integrity. Two days of troubleshooting and one new SSD later I am now about to leave for PNG with a working machine and the confidence of getting the job done. The relief is palpable. Johnathan was very informative every step of the way, provided me with clear scenarios of what was possible given my time frame, and was an absolute joy to deal with. A huge thanks to Commandfix for preventing a grim alternative. They have won my custom for any computer related issues.

Johnathan was an amazing life saver! My Macbook Pro logic board failed. I was advised by others that all my files and data was likely lost. Johnathan was confident he could help. Within 24 hours, he was able to retrieve all my data and create a time machine to transfer all my files to my new Mac. He was very generous with his knowledge. My MacBook Pro broke (smashed screen) and I thought I lost all my documents. CommandFix was able to recover all my documents, set up a backup system, and give the best advice on any other issues I had.
