Jonathan and Nick were able to fix my macbook pro and educate me on how to best look after my laptop. I found the repair price more than reasonable! Would definitely return in future (just hope I don't have to!)

Rude and disrespectful. I have already spent more than $4000 at this business. Today they lost sales of over $3000 and all future business from me.

Excellent service and communication from Johnathan when repairing my sick Mac recently. Also had the unfortunate opportunity to watch how he dealt with a difficult customer. Johnathan was polite and patient with this guy who was arguing in circles needlessly over something which was his own doing while Johnathan tried to talk him through his options and be helpful. I was impressed with how much patience he showed. Will definitely go back!

Great service from Jonathan and Tim! They replaced my PC’s broken drives and upgraded my hard drive to SSD in just a few days and stayed in touch with me throughout.

I've been bringing my computers to Commandfix for a few years now and the service has always been 5 stars. Firstly they are an authorised Mac reseller so all their products and hardware are legit and good quality. They explain everything clearly, especially helpful for someone who isn't overly tech literate, and also give you many options for a course of action. Commandfix clearly communicates about fees and timeframe and the team who works there are friendly and professional.
Will be back again should a problem ever arise in future.

I can't rate these guys highly enough. Not only did they fix a wifi card in an hour, they whole experience was great.

I was quoted more by other Apple repair places around, with a 'look at it fee' and an estimated 6-10 day turnaround. While the cost was the same as other places, the service was way better.

Excellent service. Jonathan kept me in the loop and made sure I had input in all of the decisions. Above and beyond repair, my laptop is good as new (after an internally smashed screen and a dying battery problem that I didn't know I had). They even fixed a couple of things I didn't ask them to at no charge. Genuinely pleased to see old school customer service and workmanship is back in fashion. I'll definitely be going back next time I need my equipment repaired.

The guys at commandfix were absolutely awesome. They know more about repairing apples than the apple store. They are always recommending alternate repairs and options, without automatically trying to make you buy a new computer which has saved me alot of money over time. The new updates make my old computer feel brand new again.

CommandFix provide friendly and proactive assistance. I had a problem with my wifi/ dongle and they fixed the problem on the spot. The best Mac repair shop I have found in Melbourne!

I had trouble migrating (corrupted) data from my ancient machine to a new iMac. CommandFix gave me excellent advice and solved the problem (and at a very reasonable price!). Best money I've spent in a while.

I've been to these guys 4-5 times over the last few years and they are exceptional. Other mac places I've been to (Next Byte, My Byte, My Mac) pale into insignificance compared to Xero (now CommandFix!). My latest problem was a dodgy battery and they discussed the issue; gave me a temporary replacement; provided advise; fixed the problem.and charged nothing. In the past I've had an issue where my screen (laptop Macbook) went blank and they fixed it (an internal wiring issue) within less than 24 hours. You get what you pay for - I've passed on their details to all the other Mac users in my office and I'll continue to recommend CommandFix/Xero to every Mac user I know. Thanks again crew, it's much appreciated!

Jonathan was extremely helpful. He decommissioned and recycled old phones for me, retrieved photos from a 2008 macbook and got my current computer running smoothly again.highly recommend!
