I've had a great experience with Dr. Roufael. Everyone at Collins GP has been friendly and helpful.

Dr Boffa did a report for my husband and he is totally incompetent I am reporting him to the Australian Medical Board.

FYI - He attended Collins Medical for an IME assessment with Dr Boffa.

Absolute joke so therefore Collins Medical he is a patient of Dr Boffa at Collins Medical

I brought my Wife for a pregnancy checkup at the Collins GP with Dr David Roufael few monthsago. That's was my luck to met Dr David. He was absolutely kind and friendly. Later I myself had some health concerns and I was quoted $4000 for a specialist checkup, but after discussing with Dr Roufael, he thoughtfully managed to perform the checkup without charging a penny out of my pocket! This is not about money.that's
Humanity.deeply appreciate Dr. Roufael’s kindness and thoughtfulness to go out of his way for his patient!
Besides him, his them also so good and helpful, friendly people.

Mel (the young receptionist) and Dr Boffa have been great. Mel's down to earth approach and respectful professionalism keeps me coming back and Dr Boffa is always quick with a smile and will really listen to what you need. Thank you Mel

Excellent service, easy to make an appointment, great staff - doctors to reception. Very helpful and go to extra lengths to ensure your needs can be fulfilled.

Other doctors at this practice might be good but never visit Dr Jennifer Chia. I have seen her multiple times now (shouldn't have given this many chances). I have had to wait for more than an hour every time. She would not even let me finish and cut me off saying she doesn't have enough time to spend on me and have more patients waiting. After waiting for more than an hour, this is what I get- 4 minutes with the doc which includes her using a website to check my diagnosis in front of me.
She asked me to go read a website to learn more about the problem. Why do I even need to visit her if I can find everything on the internet. What kind of a doctor does that. Horrible experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Impressively short waiting time. If only all GPs could be as great.

Thank you Thank you to Dr Roufael for your patience and being such a breath of fresh air in your approach to your patients. It really means alot to the person sitting on the other side when you take the time (even if it's only a few minutes) to consider their concerns and questions on subjects that we donot actually have knowledge on, as opposed to get ushered out the door armed with an array of medications not having a clue on the 'why'! As a patient one needs to feel empowered in your body when making decisions on next steps to good health etc, not blindly following a direction.
And to Margaret who runs a tight ship front of house, yet is always extremely accommodating, friendly and hands on.

Margaret the practice manager was terribly rude on the telephone and refused to put me through to a dr or assist me with my concern, stating that it was not her problem or account to deal with and that it was not ‘her’ practices problem to deal with invoices and Medicare. Such a shame that Margaret has such a poor telephone manner, lack of compassion towards patients or any general kindness. It makes sense now that when I was in the surgery she was so terribly rude to one of the reception staff that it made me feel uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this practice and strongly suggest if you are reading this in anticipation of attending that you find somewhere else with more professionally trained staff. Shame.

Went in to see a female Asian doc for like 2 mins and i was out.
Showed her the medicines i was prescribed before and asked her if i can get the same ones.but she refused and asked me to find other doctors.

Margaret is the most professional kind and caring person. I have been very ill and the whole practice has gone out of their way to help me and always treated me with respect. Especially Margaret.maybe TJK should change their attitude towards other hard working people

Always kind, good listeners and provide prescriptions, and are bulk billing. Been going for ages, never had an issue.

Dr Boffa is the worst GP I have ever come across, he didn’t not listen to my symptoms, didn’t perform any basic checks.

Dr. Umberto boffa. Worst GP ever. Doc tried to push me out when I explained my symptoms.
Keep bother my explanation of my symptoms.
Why he become doc if he doesn't want to listen patience explain.
Can you believe it. I got medical check up in 5 min. Lol He said times up I Gotta go.
I'm pretty sure someone gonna sue to him soon if he still doesn't have any certain medical check up in the future

I’ve been coming to this clinic since I moved to Melbourne after 3years in Darwin. Bulk billed clinic for simple consultations. Thank you Dr. Roufael for looking after my health and all my concerns! -Jay

Having been here before I think the doctors are great, especially Dr. Roufael who is always polite and understanding. However, the receptionist today really let the practice down. She forgot to put my name into the system and people who came in 15-25 min after me were being seen before me. When I got up to ask the receptionist if I was going to be seen she pretended that I hadn’t given her my name when I came in. You can check your CCTV and see that I spoke to her the second I came in. I had to wait a further 10 min to be seen after talking to her. I wouldn’t be writing this review or taking off 2 stars if the receptionist had just admitted her mistake and apologised or even if she was really busy but when I walked in, however, there were only two other people there, I found it very unprofessional that she couldn’t even say sorry. She then tried to cover up her incompetence by telling the Dr that I had to be seen next as I was running late for work, not because she had messed up and forgot to put me on the system. Dr Roufael who is an absolute gentlemen apologised to me when I told him the situation.

Great doctors and great service. Dr Sleaby was very professional and helpful. If you are looking for an experienced doctor and fantastic service, you must visit Collins GP.
