Absolute worst customer service. Rude receptionist anna. Don't bother making an appointment by Telehealth because all they do is say ' doctor will see you whenever as he will first see in house patients'. And the doctor doesn't return your call.

Just close your garbage "practice". The receptionist and doctors are a disgrace. Not only are they totally incompetent but arrogantly so. I didn't think it was possible to be too stupid to be a receptionist but I was proven wrong when I went to Collins "GP".

Very poor service! Waiting for 1 hour and staffs kept saying Im next but there’s still people waiting…so disappointed. Skipped work more than 1hour for nothing.

Reception are extremely rude over the phone, to the point I didn’t even book. Kept interrupting me when I was trying to ask a question… so rude. Just avoid this place doesn’t seem welcoming at all especially for children…

Unfortunately I had to walk out of the clinic today after waiting for an hour for my appointment, I approached the reception staff three times to check if Dr Roufael was present, they told me to sit and wait. After an hour of the doctor not making an appearance, one of the receptionists called his office and apparently he was just ‘not around’ but I could wait if I wanted. I had no time today to wait around hoping the doctor may just show up!

An absolute waste of my time, lack of communication and very disappointing.

One of the worst GP, they bulk bull so they don't have time to explain much, always cancel appointment, doctors and 'reception are very unhelpful. Had to go somewhere else for proper advice.

A practice where you can expect to feel like the doctors are working against you, rather than with you, to solve your issue.

If you are after quality medical care delivered with empathy, look elsewhere.

This is just a script and referral farm - nothing more.

So bad don’t even know where to start… just want to make it clear this has nothing to do with the doctor.

Please be respectful of patient's time. I had to walk out of the clinic today because I had to go back to work after the long wait. If you know that the appointment will be delay (20-30 mins+), please inform the patient. Some of us also have other commitments during the day. Thanks and I wish you would improve.

Dr Elias Sleaby was extremely condescending and dismissive of my issues, going as far as to blame me for not providing sufficent evidence of my disability, only to realise he just hadn't looked properly in the system.

Spoke down to me saying the diagnosis I received was invalid, and that it was a waste of time for him to fill in a medical exemption form I was requesting.

I've never received such poor treatment and lack of empathy from a medical professional like this. I contacted them regarding this issue a week ago, and they never bothered to address it. Trust in the other poor reviews of this clinic, and go someone else.

Best reception Thu is amazingly best nurse, Lina is fantastic, and of course the best GP in Melbourne, Dr David Roufael. I finally have a regular GP clinic with a friendly team that is always there to support me. Can’t recommend Collins GP enough!

Would give zero stars if was an option. The receptionist Margaret is so rude. Please learn how to respect another human when in need.thank you & goodnight

If you'd like to have your mental health deemed as "speculation" then I highly suggest Collins GP for all your doubt-inciting needs, the GPs do this really well and have several decades experience in this specific area

Prior to attending Collins GP Medical I have always hated going to the doctor and avoid it all costs as I always felt like I was in and out in 5 minutes and charged what felt like a fortune for very little.

I was highly impressed with Dr David who took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns and how he then followed up and explained my results to me.

I was also highly impressed with the presentation of the clinic and the service I received from the reception staff.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr David and the staff at Collins GP -Bulk Billing Telehealth medical Center

Dr Ming Yong is so nice and happy. Also very informative considers every option and explains everything throughly. Left feeling warm and optimistic. Thank you:)
